I have the exact same problem as xpander54, vandriesh and dodegaard. It doesn’t happen on the live page. So did you manage to fix it and just didn’t push the update yet? If you did manage to fix it can you tell us what to do? As me researches showed (i had the problem on mac before) the resize event is not being fired.

We’ve just pushed the update with a fix for the issue.
Sorry to tell you that it is not working. Same problem still. I also tried it directly with your verison without any changes and still not working. first time it loads, but as soon as i reload with cache disabled, it is not showing up on a certian screen size.
Hey! The Sidenav gets hidden for smaller devices and replaced with a “hamburger” menu.
when the template loads for the first time, if the window width is greater than usual(im using 2k monitor) it wont load the left sidebar
pls hlp

Hello there, thanks for the update
. I found some little problem with Material Module, seem it already deprecated from 2.0.0-beta.3. Please take a look on release note at: https://goo.gl/cY9PGt. Hope we’ll have a minor update for this.
Again, thank you for the very quickly update
I’m also facing with big problem with left sidebar. It won’t show up at the first time until I change the window width size. And with me, this one is a big bug and should be well-tested before release. Please fix it ASAP.
Thank you!
We’ve uploaded a possible fix to the live preview. Could you tell us, if the issue is still there for you?
Yeah, it work well now on your demo site

Great, finally the angular 4 update
how can we update our existing projects?
A Git Diff is included in the update.
looks like live preview shows no left sidebar (https://fury.martinsuess.com/)
Hey! What browser are you using? On our side everything works well with all major browsers?
Chrome, it appears on resize, cannot attach screenshot.
ps. I’ve tried to contact via site contact author – about using fury theme in a startup…
ok, try anonymous window – wide – like 1920 width
after resizing to a ~1200px – the sidebar appears , and starts working normally
Maybe there was something with your cache? We can’t reproduce the issue?
Hey we pushed an update to the live preview, could you tell us if the bug is still present?

Hi, I’m using the component “md-select”. I want to use it in a form. Is there a container for this component, like the “md-input-container” for the “input mdInput”?
Thank you,
Francesco
Hey! The easiest is to just check with the examples we provided.
No there is no md-input-container for the md-select, as it is not needed!
Hi,
yes but if I use “md-input-container” and “md-select” in the same div ” ” the md-select is not responsive, and the styles are not the same.
Thank youThere should be no issue when using it this way. Please provide an example code, so we can test this. Thanks!
Just checking to see when the update fixing things up to the latest releases will be ready. Will you please help me with an ETA and contact me when it is ready for download? We have a project we were just beginning with fresh dependencies when things got crazy a few weeks ago. Thanks so much.
Hey! We are planning on releasing the update today, if everything works well. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s published. You should get an email with the notification. Thanks for your support!
Thank you very much!
This is looking great. I got the same result as others with the Left Sidebar not appearing on initial load but if you reduce to smaller mobile size and expand back to normal browser size it works just fine
Hmm, this seems odd. We just can’t reproduce the error. Would you mind telling us the exact browser + version you’re using and the screen size?
Here is a video of the behavior. Chrome on OSX 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) and 2880×1800 Retina on 2015 MacBookPro https://monosnap.com/file/3ikkzbho0yCCm6yDwyrOuOvkpgwJqu I repeat opening new tabs with the demo copy. Nothing has been changed from download and Angular CLI and typings are latest. Thanks for your help.
Thanks for the video and information, we’ll look into it and will try to fix this asap!
It looks like this is an issue of when it is rendered anytime the sidebar menu is collapsed on load and a page resize is all that brings it back after a reload.
We’ve uploaded a possible fix to the live preview. Could you tell us, if the issue is still there for you?
Unfortunately that does not seem to fix it. Initial load it came up fine but then any reloads it is still blank like the initial video.
Here is a pic again of it. http://take.ms/ILpp1
Thanks for the feedback. Could you go the live preview, press F12 and go on the “console” tab and send us a screenshot of the output?
I think you forgot to add /assets/img/backgrounds/1.jpg . I can’t found this directory in my archive. http://joxi.ru/8237zYUJXpk62O
Hey! Backgrounds are not included, but can easily be downloaded and added afterwards. Please check with the description.
I am getting TS2300 Error when I tried to create getter for a variable I declared in one of my service file. Please let me know how to fix it.
We’ll need more information about what the error states and what code you used. You can also send it to us on support@martinsuess.com – Thanks!
Hi, can you please provide me with the missing angular-cli.json file.
Thanks
Hey! There is no missing angular-cli.json. As of the stable version 1.0.0 of Angular-CLI the angular-cli.json file got renamed to .angular-cli.json (note the dot at the beginning). By default operating systems hide files with a dot at the beginning. To display the file in the explorer, you’ll have to enable “Show hidden files” in your explorer. Alternatively you can also open the folder in an IDE, e.g. WebStorm, and change defaults. If you have any other issues, let us know!
There is no angular-cli.json file in the purchased zip file. You even show it in the folder structure of documentation on github but it doesn’t exist the project.

Hey, Visurel. Can you help me with the SidenavService? I have a two-level menu with, for example, Account Management > Divisions which navigates to route /company/2/division/4 . This works fine. But on that page, there are tabs that navigate to route /company/3/division/42/locations and /company/3/division/42/users. Any time the tabs are used, my Sidenav highlight state is lost and the “Account Management” menu item closes.
Do you have a suggestion for how to keep my Subnav highlighted to the “divisions” state when my users navigate to a sub-page of “divisions” which is not shown in the Sidnav?
Thanks for you help & great theme. —Jason
We’d love to help you with this, but it seems like this is too complicated to discuss in a comment. We want to try our best to accomplish this, so if you like, you can contact us at support@martinsuess.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Hi guys, I just upgraded my angular-cli and node-sass and the sidenav is no longer collapsing when it is supposed to. Any clue on what’s happening?
Hey! We don’t recommend upgrading the core packages without us checking for issues. Today we’ll probably release our next update, which upgrades Angular-CLI to the next stable version.
great!
Hwy, when are you planning to update this to angular 4? I need it for a new project i’m starting… Thanks in advance!
Hey! We’re working hard on the update and will release it asap. We expect it to be in the course of the next week.
Hi,
I’m wondering when the next update is going to be available?
Thank you

Hi,
I tried to make my website using your template with AOT and it wasent compiling..
Will you profide this feature later ? With the angular 4 ?
Thank you again for the good quality template, may I sugest having a ‘module’ with the core only ?
Thanks for your feedback! We’ll consider it and will try to improve our template upon it. AOT compilation should also work, if it’s not for you, please contact us at support@martinsuess.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Hi. May you provide backend for testing? Thx
Hey, I’m trying to use some packages I find online but they all require angualr 4.0.0 (I currently have 2.4.0). How can I upgrade to Angular 4? Will something break with that?
More specifically, I need to implement a DatePicker and your theme doesn’t seem to have one. What can I do?

do you think this can work? and if so, will you be able provide some guidance for that?
Thanks
Hey! This is definitely possible and also not too hard to accomplish, but it totally exceeds the included support as it needs various customizations to adjust our template to your specific angular seed. If you’re really interested in this, we are available for hire. Just message us at support@martinsuess.com
Hello,
Can you please give us an update on the Angular 4 upgrade?
Thank you!
We’re waiting for Material2 to update their packages to Angular 4. When they update we’ll update too, it shouldn’t take too long. We estimate a week or so.
Great, thank you. By the way, this release now depends on Angular 4: https://github.com/angular/material2/releases/tag/2.0.0-beta.3
