I did buy the license with my theme. It is good for 4 more months.

You owe me the plugin. You have to make it work for my theme because I paid for it. I had to change the domain name on my website and it got rid of the Layer Slider. You have to activate it for me.

If you do not, I will complain to Envato Market about your refusal to provide me something I paid for. You owe me a refund of $17 if you do not give me the Layer Slider.

As we said, we provide include premium plugins free in theme, but not include license key for active, if you want auto update and get support from Author of plugin, you need buy a regular license for your theme, if you need update plugin latest version just need contact with us to get files update or update plugins via update theme.

We bought the Envor theme that comes with Visual Composer. After a new login (and a Wordpress update) Visual composer doesn’t open it’s editing interface anymore – both in front end and back end mode. The wheel keeps spinning but nothing happens. What can we do? Thank you for helping us out.
