The builder can’t import the HTML files directly, you’ll need to build your page by selecting from the premade content blocks located in the sidebar.

Since v 1.3.3 – 27 April 2017 Carousel Portfolio 1 & Carousel Logo is not working well. Its not possible to add items or delete items.

Is this plain HTML Template ? Or is this Word Press Theme ? I want it in plain HTML no wordpress no php. Is it available like so ?
Yes, this is the HTML version – there is also a WP available. The HTML version is pure HTML, containing no PHP with the exception of the mail.php file which handles the sending of the emails from enquiry forms. If you have a different way to handle emails, you won’t need any PHP.

Hi I need your help before buying need to ask few question I am unable to place image over image in your page builder. For exmple I want to place a background image and then image above that in the middle then text around the image how can I do that without coding ?

In revolution slider you can work in layers right ? I want like that as many layers as I want I can add image over image and text and I want to place where ever I want by controlling arrow keys then want to export as html website/page is this possible in your product ?

No – the slider does not work using a layered system like revolution slider, to achieve that you’d need to do it by adding your own custom HTML once you’ve exported from our builder.

Hi there – I’ve purchased the Wordpress version of this theme for some client projects which is amazing. Question I have is where did you get the iPad landscape mockup from? I’m trying to put in a screenshot into the iPad to present it more like a mockup and want to use the same assets you’ve used in your designs.

This is achieved by adding class bar-absolute and bar-transparent to the nav element.

This refers to creating your own blocks in HTML, yes. The idea is that combining elements like boxes, sliders, etc. into your own custom blocks is easy to achieve.

Hi I have used Launch kit in the past. You included the unminifield source to variant, init-bak.js which we then modified with a custom content importer, as we rebuild our site. Is the unminified js included with Stack as you don’t seem to have updated Display Kit which has many editing quirks and flaws which you seem to have solved in the Stack version. If not is it available or will you update Display Kit and still include the back file. Thanks Andrew

Sorry, but we don’t release unminified versions of the variant.js file. Anything you do to implement your custom content importer must be implemented by your team, as we do not support modifications to Variant. Variant is sold as-is. We do not recommend re-purposing Variant as a CMS or other system. Variant is solely intended as a locally running static page building tool to create pages with the supplied blocks.

Hi, That is disappointing, as you used to supply this last year. I totally appreciate that it is sold as-is and your recommendations and basically we can un-minify the source given a few days work as it is only obfuscated. We also have an earlier un-minified version, which incidentally is full of issues, especially around drag and drop. With that said, brilliant work from a design perspective.
Also not sure if you are actually in violation of the GPL license as you are distributing items under that license in these packs. This requires you to provide access to readable, i.e. un-minified, source if you distribute any item under GPL with your own work. It is only LGPL that does not have this requirement AGPL and GPL do as you are transmitting to someone’s browser. Please confirm.

I’m fairly sure we have never knowingly released an unminified version. If so, it could have been done inadvertently.

Yes, the page builder Variant does not load. This has been happening for quite a while now and hoping it gets fixed soon. BTW, I will bump up the rating afterward!
Which browser are you running in?
Is there a reason that the builder.html doesn’t load? It sits there and just loads. It’s done that since the last three updates. I’m using Safari 10.1 on macOS Sierra 10.12.4.

Yes, that is certainly one of the functions of Stack.

Yes, there are many. If you want the latest feature set, choose stack. New features are added and improved with each new template. The rest comes down to the look of the template.
Why you don’t use Vimeo Embed in your themes?

Our templates do allow Vimeo embeds. Most embeds in our templates are in iframes, so you can choose to embed from any source that supports an iframe embed.
