i have purchased the gardener template and tried to implement it on my domain eliezamroud.com

if you go check the link, there are many features htat i am having problem with for example the revolution slider, the gallery, the contact form.

I am already a week behind schedule, is there any email where we can chat to solve this problem the soonest in order to deliver the website to the client?

The theme has alot of bugs, please refund me. Your demo is not working, the responsiveness is not working good, and the theme editor is also not doing what it says, I want my refund, stop ignoring me!

I’m editing the default HOME page and the code is listed as:

Welcome to Gardener Landscaping Company

However, when I edit it and put a new word inside and then save and update the page, then the code is automatically removed and the green leave icon is not displayed.

How can I fix this and make the green leaf icon display where I want in the HOME PAGE TITLE?

The “green leaf icon” is the image above the last r in the default logo. It’s an icon/image with 3 green leafs.

Hi there, im having problem with the contact phone number on the top menu. The problem is when i change it to my phone number, the link still points to the default number. How can i change the link on the number to mine?

i installed succesful the theme, but don t have colors theme in the admin. I change all with css, but don t found where change the H5 colors.

Another problem, my plugin Visuel composer couldn t be active.

On the contact page, in the ‘Get in touch’ form in VC I can fill in the E-mail and E-mail link. However, when displayed on the page, the link tekst for the e-mail shows the (street) adress and not the e-mail. see screenshots http://imgur.com/a/n3Dhq

Hello, Theme is useless for me and cannot be adjusted as needed. Import does not work, pictures are missing, pictures are not floatable in text and many more.

When installing the required plugins for this theme, dashboard displays a blank page. I tracked this down by disabling the plugins via ftp and have concluded that revslider is the culprit. Can you please send me a working version of the revslider plugin? Thank you

Hi there. Is it possible to get a refund on this Theme. It is a beautiful theme, but to try to navigate the backend to change images and content is a nightmare. My client will never be able to update the site on their own.

What I was hoping to be an easy backend for them to change things as needed is far beyond difficult even for me.

Yesterday, I placed a 1 star review against this theme as follows…

Diabolical support – have had zero contact from this author and experienced delays in authorising a refund. Two weeks and zero communication’ That’s not good enough!

Web Theme download was not as described in the advertisement – majority of the images shown in the advert were missing in the download. Would not recommend using this author or this company again. Appalling waste of time.

Today, on reading your review section, it has been deleted / removed from view.

As this is a legitimate review – can you advise compelling legal reasons why and what you feel justifies it’s removal?

Hi, I recently purchase Gardener but my developer said I got the HTML which won’t work with wordpress. I’d like to get the wordpress theme but I’m asking if you could refund me the money I spent on the HTML so that I can put that towards purchazsing the Wordpress version of Gardener.

I just bought this template. Unfortunately, after three attempts, the installation does not work properly (installation of sample data as in the demo is a misunderstanding) In addition, template files do not work correctly with wooCommerce – the author should fix it! Currently I do not have time to look for solutions – everything should work after the purchase. I demand a refund…
