I have several issues that I need help with. The first one is now two weeks with no resolution. The other most recent issues have been raised with both description and screenshots. I have had no response. This is a poor experience.

1) I couldn’t submit a ticket due to a 404 error on the support site link (confirmed by your admin) 2) An admin emailed me to send him the issues which I did 3) I had only one message from a developer who sent me a style.css file but this did not fix svg support issues. 4) I could not submit further issues with images in a support ticket (‘oops something went wrong’) 5) I have emailed 5 times to your admin but I have heard nothing since. 6) There are no more messages anywhere from anyone since.
Please can I have the email of someone who can take my issues and deal with them promptly? Thank you.

Support portal is seriously broken. Lot of elements are broken when I see the site on mobile browser. I tried posting on old portal and someone answered to post on the new one. Then again I wasn’t able to post replies with screenshot attachments, as it has some sort of SSL certificate error/redirection technical error.
Please fix your support portal soon. We expect at least the basic stuff to work on mobile + desktop.
We use third-party services for this. To be honest, they are not all very good, we know about it. 
We contacted the developers of support service and are waiting for their response.

Hello, thanks for your answer! So, I am starting to get the hang of the theme, I am quite liking it! I just have one doubt: I’ve set the Theme Page Settings so the Coming Soon page is ready. Now I want to work on the background on the other pages and I am worried that the changes I make on the Theme Page Settings will affect the Coming Soon page (specially because of the background image). Is there a way to prevent this?
Yes, you can customize page for the whole site in one place and every page separately. If you are afraid to change the settings, then just use settings for every page on the edit page, not in the Theme Settings page.

Hi! Yes, you can create different left sidebars. If you want to create different sidebars for different pages, then the functionality of the theme will not be enough, but we fully support free Custom Sidebars plugin. Just try it

its a beautiful theme, but it is not really working. Editing the categories from default, brakes something. Using my own categories, doesn’t filters my post… is it because all my content is written in Spanish? Kinda disappointed about this theme

Make sure that this plugin is activated. If there is a VisualComposer menu item in your dashboard, but the editor does not appear when editing the page, please write about it in our technical support. Guys from service will help you.

Strange 2… It works if I use your coordinations, but when I paste my own the map doesn’t appear With e.g vaules like this: 56.0753529,12.7266019 55.6063296,13.0209555
Try to reduce Map zoom level for example to 9 or less and then you’ll see the second location mark
The problem is that I can’t see the map at all when I use my own coordinates…

Hi I am wondering about the split box in Visual Composer. How do I know what size of the image in right or left block I should use? It all depends on the amount of content in the other block.
If I have a lot of information/content in for example the left block and I want an image in the right, the image is repeating instead of showing up in ‘one piece’.
I have tested every settings in the block, like background size, but I can’t figure it out. Can you please help me how to easy decide what image size I have to use to have it look nice and pretty?

We use ‘auto 100%’ backgroung size setting and it’s okay.

I understand the easy customization, no coding, etc. but the theme is running over 48 http connections on load (33 js and 15 css) so a major SEO flag.

Hello!
Our theme uses “Show only what you need” system. If some element is not used, then styles and code are not loaded for it. Perhaps you were looking at the main page – most of the connections on it are done by third-party plugins and we can’t do anything about it, and the rest of the files are needed for this page at the moment.
For example, if you turn off WooCommerce and Revolution Slider, connections will be half as much.

Will you be updating Woocommerce template files that were modified for this theme to reflect the current version of Woo?
Hi, we prepared all the templates for version 3.0.0, but the WooCommerce immediately released version 3.0.1. You need to wait a couple of days to make sure that it makes sense to spend time updating 3.0.1, because 3.0.2 can come out. Wait for the update on Monday, or use the WooCommerce 2.6 version (this is advised by WooCommerce plugin developers in such situations).
