i raised a ticket regarding a bug in this theme during the life of my licence. However, I did not receive an answer from the author and now my support has expired. This is very disappointing and poor. My support ticket #31367607
I bought the the template, unfortunately it is not loading on safaris, It just shows the loader image forever. what could be the problem? I am also unable to use it without internet access, the same loader image appears forever, so it becomes inconvenient for offline editing.
Hi,first of all apologize any inconvenience you are experiencing.We checked in our pc it is working fine maybe your software have problem. uninstall ur software n install latest version.Thanks

Your template looks very good. Great job! I was testing it on mobile (Chrome) a I had all sorts of problems with loading. There was extended (over 60 seconds) wait for loading repeatedly. Sometimes I had instances of no loading at all. Would you please clarify what could be the problem here
