I am sorry to hear about that. Actually, when I purchased the theme, I saw that it was compatible with YITH plugins and the plugin that I mentioned to you is something that I really needed for my client. So, what other solution would you suggest? Is there another compatible plugin that will add the image zoom feature in my woocoomerce product image? I really hope that your support is more efficient than this? It’s a lot of waiting…. I cannot be the only one who has ever asked how to change the product image size. It should be a fairly easy question to answer.

“how to change the product image size”: you must upload images same size or more size than demo images size. we don’t support customize!

If you cannot even help me get the product image right it is really not the support standard that I am used to from other theme suppliers. Product image size is a quite basic feature that has never been an issue before, besides, I asked you about image customization before I bougth it, and you said “we will support after purchase”. Please see my topic in the support forum, I appreciate your help. I really like your theme, but you need to improve support, otherwise I will have to ask for a refund and look elsewhere for a theme.
