Is it possible to import just the home page from demo content?
We are having an issue with scheduling posts. We have the “future” posting function turned off, but all of our posts publish automatically regardless of the set date. We are also having an issue with the Post Grid module in Visual Composer breaking the footer animation making the footer unresponsive. These two are just some of the many issues we have ran into.
We have created two support tickets, but have gotten no response in over 10 days. For one ticket they requested admin access; which we granted, but we have gotten no replies since. For the other ticket we have yet to even be acknowledged. We are extremely disappointed in the level of support provided! Since we were getting no help from the support forum we chose to reach out here.

I made this website back in 2015, now I came back to edit it, it looks like the Visual Composer is not working at all, then I had to delete and reinstall it, now when I installed everything goes well but at the end when I want to Activate it, then it gives the following error, why is that please???

Hi, I solved this issue by reinstalling the Visual Composer again, but the menu on my mobile is transparent, I can’t see anything there, I have changed the background colour of the menu but it is not changing in mobile version, how can I solve this issue please????

I have some problems with Amy Theme. To fix compatibility with Visual Composer, I want Update to AMY 1.7, but in Themeforest when I download again Amy Theme, It’s still the 1.6 version. What can I do for download 1.7 version ?

You should never do update on a live site without first testing it locally or on your server testing environment . The theme work just fine with latest WP version. So either you’re using old VC or there is other 3th party plugin conflict. Please open support ticket with url, user and pass for your wp admin and i’ll check it
Hiya, i’m a web developer, i’m not just plugging a theme in. I followed all the steps, also unplugged all other plugins so have tested it all out. It’s the latest WP has incompatibility issues with the theme
From your posted errors i’m seeing that you are using AMY VC 4.7.4 which is updated more then a year ago. Current version is AMY VC 4.11.2. As i said please make sure that you use the latest VC version that comes with the theme. Download the latest AMY theme -> replace it -> deactivate it -> deactivate and delete the old VC plugin -> activate amy theme and follow the installation of VC notice.

So the latest version is now installed? There is a big differences between older VC version 4.7.4 and the 4.11.2. (this differences comes form the VC plugin itself not by my modifications) Just check the wrong elements and select the default color. I can’t see where your client logos but if there off most likely is because of the margins and paddings. Just adjust them properly and it should be ok.
Installed the latest update and BANG nothing works as far as VC goes. Why do you have to use a custom version of visual composer?

VC update not working for me. Getting Class ‘Vc_Grid_Item_Editor’ not found error while activating the theme now that I updated to 1.7, and the VC won’t load in page editor.
Hi Abudiego, you have to update your VC too. Please delete your older version of VC and the theme will show you notice for installing the latest version that comes bundled with the theme.

I think your theme is one of the most beautiful, but … Unfortunately for me and apparently for many others, I never used it for one of my websites, and that for a good reason; It is also the SLOWEST THEME that exists! (and it’s $ 64 thrown in the trash.)
Since time (to see if things had advanced), I reinstalled this one by telling me that you could be able to make a good update to improve it since the time, but not at all, a new error appeared.
By simple curiosity can you tell me, please, how to resolve the following error which appears after installing the theme:

Hi tomdesign, actually the theme is not slow but from what i see (the error that you have post) i can tell you that the problem is related with one server option that is disabled and this cause function time out in theme admin for like 1 min or more. If you open support ticket with url user and pass for your WP admin i’ll fix this asap

Been six days and very little response to my questions and or very little support. Have sent a couple of emails and no response. I would encourage people to steer clear of this template. It cost a considerable amount of money and comes with bugs prebuilt into it. Furthermore support is virtually non-existant.
