You can use WordPress Reset plugin to delete all the data on your site and then re-import them. You can either unpublish or send the demo data in trash or completely delete them. It is your preference.

On the other hand, you can also setup a “test” site and import the demo data there for reference. This way, your main site will have only the content that you create.
