How can I change the Metro on the Theme? How to change that quickly?

Hi, The Contact form for the user is responsive and will disappear on mobile screens (700 or less). I don’t know if this is by mistake or by design but it seems like something that should be protected. Is there an easy way to remove this element from being hidden? Thanks.

Do you mean “Contact Board Administrator” page? I’ve just tested it with Metro for phpBB 3.2 and it works OK. What phpBB version are you using?
We’re using latest version of Metro on 3.2. This is regards the Contact option for a user profile as displayed beside a post. Specifically within dl postprofile dd profile-contact disappears at <700. This is the contact portion which gives the drop down to PM / EMAIL a user regards a particular post. Avatar, username and rank move from the right to above the post at <700 but contact disappears.
Actually ignore as this is the same behavior in prosilver and several complaints about it on phpbb. I’ve worked around it using a suggested edit on phpbb.com. Thanks!

As far as I understand it’s a default behavior and it’s supposed to be like that to save extra space in mobile view. Anyway it’s still possible to make the block visible.

What phpBB3 version are you using? 3.2?
Hi PixelGoose. We are using phpBB 3.2.
I think you can use any of the FontAwesome icons from here – http://fontawesome.io/icons/
But the point is that phpBB 3.2 uses FontAwesome 4.4. Since the latest icon font version is 4.7, some of the new icons cannot be displayed. But you can update the font manually.

No, we don’t. But if you have enough skills you can use this extension – you only need to modify it to work in the sidebar.

Yes, it supports all extensions that are supported by original phpBB “prosilver” theme. It may have some installation issues, but it’s fixed by copy/pasting a few files. If you meet any issues with installing such an extension, just let us know we’ll send you instructions.

Forum logo not appearing properly. https://www.mbaessayconsultant.com/mba_new/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/logo-1.png is our logo which I have uploaded in styles/metro_blue/theme/images/ folder. I tried modifying the supplied css with white background but the responsive was messed.Kindly help me to modify the CSS.

Hello, I have installed phpBB3.1 metro_blue theme purchased from Evanto market. Link of my forum is https://www.mbaessayconsultant.com/mba_new/forum/. As per documentation I have added some sidebar content in sidebar.html and included sidebar.html index_body.html as per documentation given with the theme.
I have issue with responsive appearance, sidebar contents is appearing first then the forum content instead of forum content then sidebar content.
Kindly look into the issue and help me to resolve the same.

Hi, We are using latest release and phpbb 3.2. Display of Unicode emojiis (not phpbb emojiis) scale to fill the entire width of the forum body in forum posts when using Metro but appear scaled as expected with the default phpbb theme. Is this a known issue? Thanks

Hi, just upgraded to 3.2 and this theme is still great. Just a quick question though. I would like a menu item to display in mobile view and not move into quicklinks. This is the code:

What would I need to change to keep this icon visible in mobile view and not have it drop into quick links?

You should change data-last-responsive="true" to data-last-responsive="false". But actually the behavior is inherited from the default phpBB prosilver theme and it’s not supported to have any tabs in mobile view.
I just bought and installed the theme but I have problems. The Breadcrumbs are cut; In the mobile version, the button for edit/delete/report/etc post, next author avatar is not visible;

I see you’re looking at updating to 3.2. Are you going to be using the FontAwesome icons instead of pictures for the coloured buttons/icons? This would make it a lot easier to change colours for boards.

Hi there one final question I see that 3.2 isnt supported yet so which is the latest version to install of phbb to install, my client has just purchased the theme so want to make sure we get the best version at the moment
The latest supported version is 3.1. And we are working on the update now and plan to release it in a couple of weeks!
