Hi,

I’m trying to add some elements from shop to classic index. the theme-shop.css is included in the page but I can’t see the elements on the page! I’m trying to use Featured Products elements from demo-shop-5.html but the only thing that shows is the word “FEATURED PRODUCTS” and I receive no error in the console. Could you advise please?

Hello, thanks for the message.

Porto is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, therefore basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required so that you can edit the templates using a Text Editor like Sublime text, Notepad++, etc. So, it is different from using a CMS since you will have to deal with codes.

All the files that come with the zip package you downloaded can be used as a base/start for your project, the main idea is that you don’t have to start from scratch, just use an existing page from the demo and modify according to your needs, then you can simply upload the files to your server via FTP.

Hi i just bought youre template but the contact form isnt working. In the console just show a 500 internal server error. The e-mail in contact-form.php is changed and correct. The debug mode doesn’t work either, nothing happens when i activate it with “2”..

How would I wrap a link around each item in this carousel? http://preview.oklerthemes.com/porto/5.7.2/portfolio-single-carousel.html If you try to wrap each img in a href tag the image goes crazy and doesn’t size right.

1. Porto comes with 876 HTML files (divided in several demos), of course you only need to use the ones that will be part of your website.

2. The license does not have an expire date, the support if for 6 months.

3. Each license is valid for a single domain.

I use gallery and put links on top and bottom gallery of photos.

I find returned BUG in porto. Shift on scroll in RTL version

I test my site on firefox browser (and Microsoft explorer) in mobile version, oll ok. BUT in Crome on phone on scroll page shifter right for about 5-20 px.

I find previous discustion http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/rtl-version-off-screen/ but this not work in my case.

More: If i scroll page by finger, I see this bug, but if i scroll by menu first, all ok, and after this finger scroll start work.

Please replay me about FIX THIS BUG.

2. Can I buy once and use it for 5 different website domains hosted on different servers.

3. In case of update how does it work, won’t that change the core data of my personal file…

1) Yes, you get updates for lifetime and support for 6 months (or extended support for 12 months)

2) One license is valid for each domain, you can learn more about that in this page: http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

3) Porto has a very stable code, the template has 4 years of improvements and updates, we update all the plugins very often and add more features. Unfortunately there’s no easy way to update a HTML website when a new version of the theme is released, it’s easy when we just update the vendor (plugins) folder, but when we add more features and you want to use them you need to compare the code and update manually.

4) One purchase code (license) is valid for each domain.

I just purchased your template, I am having one problem. On the page portfolio with extra load more button it shows all posts as its load, as we click on load more button nothing happens. so, I want to display only 4 posts and rest should appear after clicking on load more button.

To use correctly the load more button feature, let’s assume you have 12 items, so in “portfolio-extra-load-more.html” you need to put the HTML for only the first 4 items. Like this code below:
