Sorry for all the questions, and it may be something I am doing wrong. If you look here at the first and second thumbnails, they appear to be different sizes http://www.asmithedtech.com/category/electronics-gadgets/ but bother are actually uploaded at 1100×500.
The second one was uploaded to wordpress before I installed this theme. Now whenever I upload a picture for a featured image at the size of 1100×500, it is coming out look like the first one pictured.
Any ideas of how I can get the look of the second one?

Guess you were facing some hosting issue.
I’ve tried several different computers at home and at work and it just shows the flashing loading. This has been going on for over a day. The only way I’ve been able to stop it is in the general settings to disable the loading feature. Is the loading feature necessary?

Hello, You can’t make that banner to rotate, but if you use plugin then it might work, go to framework/includes/ and open rs-frontend-functions.php and see line no 50

Is the jetpack plugin by wordpress compatible with the theme? I notice that when I have it turned on, all of the images on my website are enlarged.
Is there any way to get the views of a blog post to match the actual views of the post rather than the views since I installed your theme?
or can I turn the eyeball off for blog posts? after installing your theme, i lost all of the views on my blog posts and i think it looks bad saying 0
for example your view count is telling me 3, when it was previously 244
The plugin for views that I had been using previously was Post View Stats. Is there any way to get those numbers to reflect? Thanks for any ideas that may help.
Unfortunately our counter can’t collect data of views prior to installing the theme (as it starts fresh and is not integrated with other plugins). However, you can remove it by pasting this code on custom CSS:
.tt-post-bottom > span { display:none !important;}

For video posts, I am using youtube urls. The video is in an iframe instead of the standard youtube player (it is in the standard youtube player on your demo website), and the video starts playing by itself. What do I do to fix this?

hello, is this template support child category ? because when i add parent and child category , its show all the category when i just want to show parent category only
On that case, put everything in Main category. Don’t use child. Blog posts are set to show all the categories they’re on (as child is also a category).

If you meant how to install WordPress in general in server, there are hundreds of tutorials on this. Just search on YouTube.

Of course it does. Just install the demos. And then start editing those templates. Did you watch the videos I gave you?

Your hosting is using old PHP version. You need at least PHP Version 5.6.30. Please contact your host and they will update PHP version for you and then everything will work. Alternatively, you can mail us your WordPress login ID & PW in gfxbucket@gmail.com and we will install demos for you when support is online (within 8 hours). Thanks!
My php was updated to 7.0 and its still not working

Hey. So I’ve created a new page, and I’ve selected the landing Template. The problem is that the page is full of content that I don’t know where to edit. Please help. This is the page: http://a4activism.ro/a4about/
Just click on edit page. And see what elements make that page. See the backend adn you’ll have an idea. You can use our pre made templates and edit those with your own ontent. If you wanna do everything from sktarch, just play with visual composer and see what works. In visual conposer first you need row: https://youtu.be/eR9w_N7tXIY then set colum. Then place element (for example: text block, space etc). You can go to backend of exisiting pages and see what’s going on there. You can use those pages as well. You have the flexibility. Follow pre made templates structure as base. Let me know if you want help for something specific.
With all due respect, I know how to add a Row using Visual Composer. I was saying that maybe there is an error because I don’t have any option to edit anything when I set the page template to ‘Landing’. I mean, I have the visual composer options, but no matter what I add or edit, the page that is shown is still the same.
