why not? but please remember its not Wordpress theme, its HTML template.
Can not upload it in Wordpress 
Every time i try to upload the zip it says: “Style sheet is missing”
Hi msalvi92, Why are you uploading it on wordpress? It is html template so you cannot install it on wordpress. You have to upload the template manually under your domain on your hosting server. If you need any help, please contact on email.
style css missing

You can easily convert that template with elementor pro plugin, but its little bit difficult for beginners. We are also working on it, kindly send email so I will notify you once we release wordpress version.

My developer did. He said some are missing and he has to recreate them himself.
