Is the only way to achieve this through copy/pasting code? Can I not use Visual Composer? I see that you can select 17 in the text area but I can’t actually use any of the settings in Visual Composer.

Sorry for the trouble, in our updated theme we have added the few modules only. So, as of now you have to paste the iconbox type 17 shortcode manually only. Probably we will fix it in our future update.

I’m just starting to work with this theme — how do I get the page to refresh? When I make a change it doesn’t take effect in the preview. I tried clearing my cache, opening a new window, logging in again….the changes have been made and saved in the editor but nothing previews. Not sure if this is a problem with the theme? I’ve never experienced this before. Thanks

Hi, I am building a new page for our website and am attempting to use two modules/shortcodes that don’t seem to work very well and I can’t find a way to fix them.
1) Title Box – Success Box Problem 1: I can’t seem to be able to change the height of the box, and it does not follow the size of the font. Problem 2: When the page is not in full screen view, the text protrudes out of the box.
2) Icon Box – Type 20 Problem 1: The full text in the rollover is not visible, unless the page is viewed in full screen. Problem 2: There doesn’t seem to be a way to change the rollover background color.
I would appreciate your speedy response with this, since I am supposed to launch this new page by Sunday.

I can’t find the custom CSS code you are referring to through the WordPress Appearance/Customize CSS option. Where would I look for it? For now, could you please just change the rollover color back to the site identity blue, since the pink looks awful and I’m about to direct a bunch of traffic to that page.

I actually ended up using one of the other boxes, because I wasn’t able to get rid of the pink rollover before the page needed to be live. But I would still like to address all of the above issues for future page designs.

Hi! Im using Medical Demo with LayerSlider v 6.0.5 and Priority Medical Slider and WP 4.7.4

Hi, I had bought the theme. I have a problem, when I set the blog page “news” (with 3 columns no sidebar) but when I set this following your instruction: Step 1 – Navigate to Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays tab. Step 2 – Select A static page option. Step 3 – Choose the page you want as your blog post page from the Posts page dropdown list. Step 4 – NEWS ( page with 3 columns no sidebar)
This page become a simple page with 1 column + sidebar.
I had also assign this in Priority Option but didn’t work.
