There are no error messages – it’s just loading up differently. You can login and confirm what I’m talking about. Plus now Gravity forms is a requirement – this wasn’t the case before.

Hi – I had a plugin throw errors, and now it has been disabled (Kirki) changes have been made to my header and footer. However when I go Appearance > Customize > Header, I don’t see the Header option? I do get Site Identity, Widets, Menus, Static Front Page, Addiontal CSS & Related Posts. I didn’t think that plug in should affect my theme?

Hi, there is an option in Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Products loop filter. Turn this option on will enable the filter bar. however the filter would be for product categories, not attributes.

Yes, you can. You can import our demo data which contains the grid layout page. And then set the page settings to boxed.
The theme integrates well with a page builder which is pretty easy and intuitive

hi, the image size was regenerate and hard crop at 500×700 but they display at massive size on my page, I don’t know what happen? How do it choose image display at smaller size?

Hi the image on that URL has size of 479×670, which is smaller than the column (700px) so the image would be stretched.
If you want to make the column to be smaller, you have to apply a custom CSS (because there is no option for this in current version). Our support staff can help you with the CSS code. Please create a new ticket on our support forum.

Please can I have some support . I love the theme but face some issues:
1. In my catalogue page ( woocomerce shop page)/ listing page , my products’images are showing unevenly , some photos are bigger or longer than others . How do I make them in the same size and stay organized, evenly ? This is the link : https://gomuses.com/shop/
2. I have 3 main product lines : wigs, hair extensions and hair pieces. Can I make these shopping function for each category appear directly on main menu tab than just only in 1 menu tab? And then each tab open a whole section for each category .

1. You can set the catalogue (listing) image size from WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display. But after you change this setting, you need to regenerate image files (which have been generated automatically by WordPress when you uploaded images) so that you have the new size version. To do so, please install the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
2. You can add each category listing to your menu, instead of whole listing page. To do so, you can go to Appearance > Menus and edit your primary menu. See the “Product categories” accordion on the left sidebar? That’s where you can add your 3 categories listing as menu items.

Hello, I just purchased this theme and am using it with WooCommerce. I have set my shop page in WooCommerce settings. Is there any way to define how many products are in each row? I see it only has 3 large images per row. I would prefer around 5. Thank you.
Ok, I found the way to customize it to up to 4 rows in the “customize” section. However, I really need 5 rows. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, in current version, you can’t set the products grid columns to 5. For better mobile view, we limit them to 4 columns.
The number of products per page are set from Settings > Reading, where you set the number of posts per page. However this setting is for global, means it affects all other post types like Posts, Products, etc. To change the Products per page only, you can use a plugin like Custom Posts per Page.

Hi, you can use any dimension for your own logo. You can “save as” our primrose logo to know the dimension.

Hi guys! we like this theme, but can we change the aspect ration of product the image for featured at home, shop page or related products? We need it to be vertical rather than what you have at demo version which is more horizontal.

Hi, yeah sure you can change the image ratio for products grid (like shown in home page, shop page, related products) and the single product page from WooCommerce settings page.

Does this theme support product variations , such as colours. For example, when viewer choose the small drop down menu and choose RED, only images of red version will be shown, not all colours. The images gallery will be locked and only show Red product’s images, unless customer again choose another colour option in drop down menu.
What I had problem with other themes was when viewers chose option such as red in the drop down menu , the images of red product version are showed, but viewer still see another version colour if they click the left or right arrow in product display gallery instead locking them to only chosen colour option.
Also when viewer move the mouse over image, it has auto zoom for the images ?which is the latest function for Woocommerce on Wordpress.

Yes, the theme supports product variations. By default, WooCommerce only change the main image when you select a product variation. You can change this behavior using WooCommerce extension:

The plugin allows you to display different gallery images for each variation. So when you select “red” the gallery images would display red images. The default (and other colors) images won’t be displayed.
About the new zoom gallery, yes, the current version already supports it.

Hi I tried the plug in you recommended. However, they allow me to add image only to gallery and then allocate the slug for the variation , not directly allow me to add more image directly to the variations .
Each of my product has quite a lot of variation ( colours) and each colour variation must be displayed with a few photos. Thus I end up with too long and big space of gallery , and push down all the content and variation option menu very down on mobile. This make viewers can’t even know if there is a variation option down there . Could you suggest a solution that we can add directly multiple image directly from variation image ( NOT galery ) .

Hi, you might want to try the official plugin from WooCommerce, I think it has more native feature. Moreover, in the plugin page description, you can see that it works by defining images for each variation. But I am not sure whether the original gallery images would not display all variation images or not. You can contact WooCommerce for that info.

I have a problem with the primrose theme. When i save menu in admin i receive internal server error 500. Memory limit 512M – Php version 7 I had renamed the .htaccess file, the problem is still there.
I setted permission file like that: define(‘FS_CHMOD_FILE’,0755); define(‘FS_CHMOD_DIR’,0755);
... Also i have upploaded back wp-includes + wp-content from wordpress default latest installer

Hi, I don’t think it’s an issue as in HTML5. You can use h1-h6 freely without having to put h2 after h1.

Anyway, the content is made by page builder, so you can alternatively change the heading level used in the content grid. Not really a theme issue.
Which page builder is used with the theme? Is it “Visual Composer”? “Beaver Builder”? Some other?

Cool thanks. I’m not familiar with that particular one. Can you tell me more about why that one was selected as opposed to other builders? (I’m aware that Visual Composer sucks.)
We feel that SiteOrigin is in balance between being featureful and simplicity. We also can extend the widgets easily without any issue. It’s pretty intuitive and so far our customers love it.
Where is the set-up instructions for those of us who can NOT use the demo data. My site is not new.
For example, setting up the front page, about page, contact us and FAQ pages to look like your presented demo.

Ok, scratch that last issue – I found the predesigned templates in the page builder so I am good there.
My next issue is that my slider FRONT PAGE image is coming across very blurry. It is sized correctly, I am pretty sure and it is full-res. Here is my link:

Hi, about the demo data, it’s intended for fresh installation only. The reason is there are chances the imported pages might conflict with your existing content. That’s why we suggest you to do demo data import when on fresh installation only.
But as you figured out, we prepared the predesigned page as a template in the page builder, so you can create the page individually.
As for the front page image (hero slider), I think the image size you are using is 1836px width, while it depends on what screen you are viewing the page. If you use 22” retina monitor, of course the image would be blurry. The best suggestion if you don’t want to see it blurry, is to increase your original (sharp) image size to larger dimension.
I do understand larger image size is higher quality (and I did try a larger image, but it was blurry too so I sized it to exact as sometimes that helps), but I use this exact same design for the banner in my current Etsy shop and it is as clear as day. Here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/digiluxedesign
Anyway, this is very disappointing as the problem is on the home page, which can’t really be hidden. I have purchased many themes here on Themeforest and the sellers have usually been able to fix my issues.

Sorry, the image you are using on Etsy page has higher dimension, 3360px width. The one you used on the home page is 1836px, as I said in the previous comment. Please try to upload the high resolution image.
The theme doesn’t do any kind of image processing. Also, the hero slider widget always use the original uploaded image size. So it’s not really a theme issue.
I did try placing the exact one I use on Etsy first, but had the same issue. That is why I made it exact size. Can you please at least provide the exact dimensions that the slider image should be for it to work and not be blurry.
There is no exact dimension for the full width hero slider image. As the slider width is relative to screen width. However we suggest you to use image width higher than 1600px.
Could you send us your login details, and we would try to upload the image from Etsy page to your slider.

I have now placed a HUGE 300DPI image 5709×2190 and it is still blurry. The type was created in Photoshop and should be perfectly clear.
I have also added a stock photo that I paid for from Fotolia and placed it at full res on the huge size above and even the stock photo is blurry.
How is this not a theme issue?

From what I’ve found, you are using 3rd party plugin that modify the image size rendered on the page. Photon by Jetpack?
You can see at the image URL when you “Open in new tab” your image. The image is hosted at i0.wp.com, means you are using 3rd party service to provide the rendered image. Not the original image you uploaded, which should be within your domain url, e.g. http://digiluxedesign.com/ ...../image-name.jpg
If you are using Photon, that means it’s not a theme issue. Your image were optimized by Jetpack, and all the optimizations algorithm were handled by Jetpack, not by the theme.
I just deactivated Photon, I did not ask Jetpack to do that. HOLY CRAP – that was it – The images are clear now. Thank you so much, I mean seriously.

Thank you SO much again for the image help, I really appreciate it. My entire site is set up now and I have only one additional issue.
If this is not a theme issue, then just ignore this request, you have already went above and beyond.
My issue is with the Mobile display. I find that my front page slider image is cut off instead of fitting to the size of the mobile screen. I don’t have a tablet to see if the same issue is happening there.
Can you let me know if there is a setting that I need to enter? I have used the premade front page slider template from the page builder and haven’t made any changes beyond adding the photo to the slider.

Yeah , unfortunately that’s the native behavior of a “background image”. It would be cut off and cropped in the center.
There are some options in the hero slider widget, which you can adjust the slider height when on mobile & tablet devices. However I don’t think this would make your image full view.
The other solution is to apply custom CSS, to make the cut off applied to the right part of your image (the one with texts).
You can test how it looks on mobile and table devices, by resizing your browser window (on desktop) to smaller size, the layout would adjust as if it’s on mobile devices.

Your posts grid query is featured products, while you have no featured products (products that flagged with star in the admin’s products list). I think the query should be recent products instead.
