Yesterday I bought ur theme Juster and install on my serwer. But sth went wrong cos site not working. Try twice to import demo freelancer and both time website not looking like should. Hi,
I am new to wordpress and your theme and have a question about the “What we do” section.
On your demo page, when you click on any of the links in this area, such as Branding or Design etc, they appear as you expect in the area on the left and the key thing is, it doesn’t automatically re-position the page.
On the site I am creating where I use this area, if I click on any of the tags for what we do, everything works as expected but the page re-positions.
How do I turn off this behaviour and get it to work in the same way as your demo page?

Unfortunately, Slider Revolution plugin new version has some conflict with old version slider import. We’re trying to fix this issue. But, not able to tell the exact time.

I just have built a new slider in our website. But when i choose for the text animation effect LetterFlyInFromBottom the slider will not showing on the page. When i checked the slider in the backend from WP-admin the slider work correctly.
Because the slider is not working on the frontpage i think that there is something wrong in the theme.

This issue comes from Special Banner. Please select normal banner settings at : Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Banner.
Or Edit this(http://www.sitepanel.nl/enter/home-test/) page. There you can see same settings of Banner under “Page Custom Options”.

Please check out my first question about the revolution slider (The Revolution Slider example in your download where not work correctly). The features of your example slider have the same animation settings of my new slider.

It’s now 1 month ago. When are you going to plan the next update??? Please let us know because there are several bugs in Revoluton Slider and backend Visual Composer. When i update a text inVisual Composer (back-end) the page scroll down automatically! It’s very irritating 
.

We recommend you to use revolution slider free templates. Until our updates comes.
For visual composer try to update that plugin by : Plugins > Visual Composer > Deactivate & Delete.
After the delete, you can install it from : Appearance > Install Plugins.

Blog page is global page. So, that is controlled from : Appearance > Theme Options > Banner.
But, for home page is separate page. You can edit that page and you’ll see banner settings at : Page Custom Options metabox.
So, you can control it from there.

Hi,
I can not change the visible font sizes on one page, in the “services” section visible on one page or blog post. I can only modify the “service heading” part but not the “service content” part and the one with in the articles. I tried to change the size in the “heading” and “general” “body and content” parts but nothing happens, how can I do it?

Thanks your reply. whereby I already knew that, because I see that in the wp-admin. interesting only that we write about it. about how much extra work do we talk? can it be writing a few words, less than 10 lines in the change-log to type?
because, quite honestly, if you do not even want to write an info, what the update brings exactly. what would not cost time or appreciable effort. so, why an update??? for nothing?
for me it looks, that the theme had no updated in the last 12 month. and that it’s not at all on the current state of technology or possibilities. better look for a theme that’s not out of updates. but, who knows. i just wanted to know. and now i know, that i know nothing. so, thanks for nothing. oh, sorry, thanks for your reply! and sorry again. sorry for my bad spelling!

i forget: woo 3.0.. what’s woo? would be good to have a switch in woo themes, to switch it of completly. most good themes are combines with woo. but not everybody need/use it. so, a switch to turn it off, remove the plugins, the options, tables, files.. that would be crazy. and same for the lightbox, video-support, sliders, galleries, for this, that. THAT WOULD BE GREAT. not for use in juster. not only. that would be cool to have in all multi-function-overloaded-but-great themes. < /offtopic >

Ticksy seems to be down … Is the possible to have the NEXT and PREVIOUS text on the portfolio slider (http://defatch-demo.com/themes/juster/boxed/portfolio/black-illusion/) visible and not only when you move over the image. It’s a bit confusing because some people think there is only one image.

Actually that slide is different, if you hover cursor there you’ll definitely see next and previous mouse cursor. So, users will not get confuse like you said. Next and Prev icons is not possible to add currently in that page.

This issue is due to your server PHP older version. Please contact your hosting provider or you can find PHP version change option within cPanel.
Try to upgrade : 5.5.x version.

the server was already running on PHP 7.0.. I tried running PHP 5.5 and PHP 7.1 but the website still turns blanc.. so even with changing the PHP version there is no effect..

installing and activating finally worked! but there are still more errors with installing the required plugins..
I downloaded the latest version of juster today: “themeforest-12862119-juster-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme”
I hope that the rest of the process will be with less errors because my experience till now is pretty bad actually.. 
I hope you got a solution.. besides the errors and trouble, I’m pretty happy with the fast support and respons time!

I really liked your JUSTER template and I bought it. But I have a difficulty with template: Architecture. I noticed that when the dragslider switches into a compact form, then under the slider bar there is a heading and categories. But they immediately disappear. Then, if you scroll the slider they appear again. Similarly, it works on Demo Site Previev. The headers under the compressed slider are links. But if you click on these links, then there will be the same animation as with a full-size slider. Only there is a difference: we will get on a completely blank page. Is it a mistake or so conceived? Can I make it so that when I click on the title, I open the same page as it hangs when using a full-size slider?

Custom CSS/JavaScript in your Theme Options does not load load in Juster 2.0. I had to stick my <style> tag in the footer code instead!

1. Yes, you can able to do bubble effect like in our live demo. It’s build in with our theme. And you can able to use that effect without hand.
2. Combine features like elements you can use it. But, header and footer design is only specific with theme layout selection. You can’t combine more things from different, different layouts in header and footer wise. For elements you can combine everything.

I detected a new problem with logo and retina devices. My logo it’s uploaded at recommended size for every devices (even mobile): 178px x 65px …but on retina devices and mobiles this logo appears forced at 400px width. We’ve checked your source. You’ve entered more value of width and height than your logo original size.
Appearance > Theme Options > General > Logos > Retina Logo Width & Retina Logo Height.
By above options you’ve entered : 400 for width and 145 for height. 400×145
Please use your original logo sizes there. Like : 178×65. Also, please upload 2x sizes from your current logo size at : Appearance > Theme Options > General > Logos > Retina Logo Upload.
