Hello. I am interested in the template. Is it an HTML? I mean, do I need to know the codes to use it or can I modify it with a page builder like WPBakery or Elementor?

Yes, there are many plugins which included into theme package. If you want to embed video on the page, you should use highlighted plugin https://www.screencast.com/t/7Jmfjt4n6M28 .
There are few plugins to put image on the page https://www.screencast.com/t/6bVLYHPAY .
They are already included into theme package and you don’t need to purchase them separately.
