Hi, thank you for your comment. You can update plugins once any new plugin is available. Also, plugins that are the part of the theme like Visual Composer, Revolution slider are available and once a new version is available you can contact tech support and operator will send you a new version of the plugin you need. Plugins couldn’t be updated automatically. Hope you understand. Thank you for patience.

Hi, Hope you are fine. These forms are the parts of the theme and if you don’t have them installed right after Demo data upload then the issue is on server or installation. Contact 7 is a free plugin and you can download it at https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and install it or install it directly through admin panel – Plugin installation section. The best way is to provide admin panel login details and FTP to support operator to check what is wrong.Thank you for patience.

2) Contact form 7 is a 3rd party plugin and you can check full info at https://contactform7.com/docs/. Also, additional info is available in the theme documentation ( section Contact Form 7)
3) You can change Call Us Today and Work Time in header_1.pgp file in \wp-content\themes\airsupply\templates\headers.
4) Please, specify what REX form you mean. Do you mean form on Contact page?

You will have standard version of the plugin. http://prntscr.com/fbt3i0 – screenshot shows sections you will have in admin panel.http://prntscr.com/fbt3xd – here is the list of the main settings. It has all main features, paid variant has some additional features for developers. Also, you will always get any new update through admin panel for that plugin. At this moment a new update is http://prntscr.com/fbt4uw. There is no some seruous difference between Proversion and standard version. I hope that helps you.

Hi, I’m very excited about making use of this theme for the new business we are starting. I have a little bit of experience with creating drop and drag style WordPress sites.
And I do have a public ticket re: Activating/Updating the Visual Compressor.
But I did have a few questions bound this:
1) Do the images use on the sample site: http://preview.themeforest.net/item/air-conditioning-company-and-heating-services/full_screen_preview/18609262 come with the purchase? I did not notice them in the media file. The last time I purchased a theme the photos on the sample site were included, so I’m hoping I just missed something on my end.2) I’m trying to add the phone/work/ location information to the header as it appears on the sample site. Is this something that requires the Visual Compressor, on which I’m waiting on, or is this something I can do right now and If so how?

You’ve been very helpful in answering my silly questions for far and I was trying to avoid having to ask any more, but I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to a few more things.
First off how to add to the Contact forms on the Home Page’s request a quote field and onto the Send a Message section of the Contacts page.
For instance the contact form info with the Dummy Theme has form that reads like this:

Which looks great, it is full across the screen and I love how the fields are large and rounded.
But when I try to duplicate these type of forums I’m having no luck.
I’ve been playing with the default Contact7 forms and they come out smaller, boxy and scrunched in the center.
I’m really hoping you can help me solve this issue. I’ve trying to find solutions all day on blogs and YouTube video to no avail.

How to change the service icons?
In the menu for services it shows the Theme Options as…,
Show main sidebar = ”right” Select main sidebar = ”sidebar_custom_0” Select post icon = ”icon-recycling” Show related posts = ”no”
How can I change these Icons?
I’ve tried everything that would seem to help with this using the visual builder to no avail.
