This theme is very nice, but it’s also not properly tested! By installing demo contents some are missed, even with php maximum time at 0. Top secondary menu is not avaliable. Some other issues with the content builder’s widget. Editing widget show various bug in css which make the bottom widgets ghraphically bad, for example Tabs Widget which show home services custom post types support only fixed numbers of posts, so you have to make the exactly number of posts to keep the widget working properly. Not a good idea.

Opened some tickets, support reply very slowly. I bought many premium themes but this is the first with these issues, so my though is that this theme is not intended for a professional use.

No more replies from yesterday. I Bought many themes but this is the first that’s not understandable in configurations. Switching header options = no changes in front-end. Builder’s widgets are bugged, and css too.

However I will change this theme with another one, since I just understand the support is not able to handle requests, and the theme is not properly tested at this time, so I cannot deploy the customer’s website with due security. Every little thing I requested was not explained adeguately, I don’t know if support changed some files or just settings. They do something, but I don’t understand what they do exactly, so in case of further issues I’ll can’t manage theme myself.

Is any way to get money back? I cannot use this theme, hostingprovider deleted half of the files, template demo is broken and not displaing correctly. I don’t know why to pay money if I have to write code again.

Many errors, support do not solved them!!! Not recomended!!! Theme not useble, becouse not work correctly! I can’t dowload update, only version 1.5.1 downloads((( Very bad!

Having a HORRIBLE time getting this theme to upload…and can’t find any help to do it…. not happy about it…I have asked for my money back and was rejected….I really like the looks of this template, bought a Bluehost site, downloaded wordpress and then find out that neither the Author, Envato, or blue host are able to do anything to help….this is the error message I keep getting…
