When you import demo content, images were saved with another ID. So you need to assign icons to product categories again.
In your case, I think there is a problem when you import demo content. It should automatically set Menu Location https://prnt.sc/fbxmqv.

I´ve just set up the Sanzo theme, and I´ve installed the second header layout and i have a problem with colour of the words in the menu, they are black like the background except the word you select. So that I cant see the menu words. I´ve tried to change the colours in the “Color scheme” area but the problem still the same. The web is https://aquadepure.es

This is what I see https://prnt.sc/fbwoo9. Please clear your cache after changing colors in Theme Options. The header layout #2 uses the orange color https://prnt.sc/fbwqfj. You can select it and then change colors. It will be easier.

After installing the theme including the plugins once i active the woocommerce plugin the whole site goes blank. when i deactivate the plugin through ftp it displayed fine. i am using php7 i even used the last version of php still the same blank page. What could be the problem?

Because you updated WooCommerce in the Plugins page. You should update WooCommerce in Appearance > Install Plugins. In that page, it installs the WooCommerce version which is compatible with the theme. If you don’t see WooCommerce in the Install Plugins page or don’t see the Install Plugins menu, you should not update WooCommerce and wait for updating the theme.
In this case, WooCommerce only change the template version. So don’t worry about it. You can open the file sanzo/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php and change its version as my screenshot http://prnt.sc/f4nkaa. Or just ignore it in your wp admin.
