Hello, is it possible to delete the portfolio categories that appear under the title in the video lightbox? If yes, what would be the code? I would still like to have the categories, but just not showing on the portfolio lightbox. Thanks so much! William.

Hello, my Portfolio Filter Navigation wont work correctly. I have it enabled and with multiple portfolios selected but only “ALL” appear when seeing the page. It used to work fine before, is there something new/different on the theme? Thanks!

It is probably me, but I do not find the workflow very intuitive. I am fiddling with the theme now since I bought it a week ago and there is always something that does not work the way I think it should. Latest example: Portfolios. I can enter values like the grid, masonry, gutter etc in the themes template, but when I put a portfolio in with visual designer it did not remember those values. Also the Portfolio categories. Those you created are not shown in the wordpress menue and the ones I create there are not shown when I create a portfolio. And much more which only frustrates me. So if possible a refund would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone. Has anyone else had trouble with their blog and only 10 posts showing up? I have about 15+ but only the most recent 10 are showing on my blog list page. I have changed all “reading” settings to show the most recent 1000 posts and yet that doesn’t seem to help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi all. I’m having the same issue as SoundtrackService with regards to using the MailChimp URL within the Subscribe box. When I put in an email address to test it, it just says “submitting” below the box and never goes away. Can you explain the fix please? I am grabbing the URL from within MailChimp [the “signup form URL” which starts with eepurl.com/...] Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi there. Is anyone else having trouble with the Massive theme on the main blog page? It shows my posts, the main image but it doesn’t pull any summary content to go below my headline…it only shows the demo’s summary [ “Nam libero tempore, cum soluta nobis est eligendi optio cumque nihil impedit quo minus id quod maxime placeat facere possimus” ] Does anyone know how I can fix this so that it pulls from my content? Recently we updated post shortcode, that’s why you’re getting demo content. To get rid of this problem, please go to your post “Excerpt” box from post edit screen and delete the custom excerpt. If you can’t find “Excerpt” box then make sure to visible it from “Screen Options”.

Hey there, I purcheased the theme yesterday and I am always getting a bad gateway error, when I try to access the online documentation … “this site seems to be offline”. Any advice?
And two other things: 1st: I try to set up a one page. I have the field checked for onepage on the site, but in the menu options I cannot find how to link to a certain element on that site?
2nd: How can I remove the demo data without manually removing each file, page etc.?

Seems you didn’t configure navigation settings properly, or did some modification in page specific navigation settings.
Please check your global navigation settings form Theme Options panel and your page specific navigation settings by going to that page in edit mode.

I downloaded an IDX plugin for my Massive theme, and I am creating a custom wrapper page, but the Massive Theme options aren’t available to edit. Can I get the massive theme options to show up like the do on the add new pages?

We’re not completely clear about your question. Did you mean page options? Could you please give us some screenshots so that we can clearly understand what you meant?

I would like to use the massive page options to modify the wrapper page where my IDX widgets populate.
Also, on my homepage stephenapelian.com/newsite the nav bar used change color and stay at the top of the page when you scroll down, and now it disappears. I would like it to behave the same way it did before. Also like jademillsestate.com I like how the links and logo change color to remain visible.

Almost all of the post grids do not scale and contain the image content properly to fit the box. please see http://www.stephenapelian.com/newsite/?p=5098. Whether a masonry or basic, wither the text is outside the box in basic, or the image is too big for the box in masonry, and the text title in masonry goes all the way to the edge making the first character difficult to read.
Also this link: http://www.stephenapelian.com/newsite/?p=85 I want to get rid of one of the read more buttons. and keep the read more button that is customizable. I assume the pink one.
