I cant work with that because if I want to put div in the right, I have to write it in the left (after the left divs) and then in the mobile is reverse. yes I know that I can use pull and push but I have more problems. For example the punctuation is reverse too. :example and not example:

Hi – do you by chance have an admin page with a header-strip across the top? I would like to put a bar above the whole admin site, not using i-frames. Same look/feel as this comments page at the very top, how themeforest.net / envato has that blue piece all the way across the top.

If you quickly swipe your mouse over the horizontal menus a few times it seems as though the menus “remember” that you swiped over them and continues to open and close the menu multiple times. Is there anyway to fix this?
Yes, it generally challenge for hover and opening. But most the people like that way. you can change mouse over event to click event.

Also in the navigation side bar menu is open while you visit this page. Also if you inspect it has same class as you mentioned nav-third-level .

Is it possible to fix the Sidebar? After every click the sidebar appears animated… How about removing or permanently minimize the second sidebar oin the right?
yes its possible. once you develope your in any technology keep sidebar in master page. so content can be navigated and links remain the same place .
