Hi, I’ve imported multiple layouts (7th, 14th, 38th and a couple more) – none of them have About Us or Contact Us pages. How do I get them?
That’s all I’ve got: http://imgur.com/a/JseHl
OK, found them – you have a separate layout for the pages. Thank you.
Hello Mixalg!
Glad to know that the requested pages were found. In case our assistance is needed, you are welcome to contact us.

https://amabz.com/product/mspinn-flash/Also the theme is quite slow to load, is there any way I can speed it up?
Thank you
Hello Amab94!
Could you please submit a ticket in our support center and we’ll check the issue with single products for you.
As regards the loading time, it greatly depends on your server configurations etc, so please enclose your FTP access details as well, so we could test it for you and provide you with proper instructions.

Hello,
I am very close to purchasing a license for your Native theme. I have also been admiring your Ronneby theme.
For a few reasons, I have been more drawn to the Native theme. For one, it seems to me the Native theme is newer and being more actively developed, and that it perhaps follows more current design trends than the Ronneby theme. I would like to implement a slightly altered version of the metro grid style showcased in the Native theme ninth.
However, there several design UI elements in Ronneby theme third that I would like to use.
Could you tell me if it would be possible to affect a similar experience to these elements (itemized below) from the Ronneby theme, using the Native theme’s capabilities and options?
Elements of interest in “Ronneby — Third Theme” for porting to Native theme
- Frame padding around window (with pages scrolling inside frame and scroll bar at the right outside edge of the frame).
- Menu header located inside the frame.
- Sidebar menu (three-line hamburger icon turns black on mouseover, x cursor to indicate close when outside menu).
- Search triggers fullscreen with large text centered input field.
- full-width widescreen parallax-effect photo with title, subhead and view services button, stacked in succession on page.
Also, could you tell if the themes will work with plugins like SearchWP, WP Pro Advertising, or Ads Pro Plugin?
Thank you.
Hello Nilblank!
Thank you for paying attention to our theme,s we appreciate this very much!
As for your questions:
1.As we understood you are referring to the Scrolling content blocks module, which is currently not available within Native theme.
2. Could you please specify more details about the header displaying, so we could provide you with proper instructions.
3. As for the search, it is available in native as well, please check it in header section of this page.
4. With Native, you may create the row and set the image as its background with parallax effect and fill the row with any content you’ll be using.
As for the plugins compatibility, we’ve not tested the themes with the plugins mentioned.

Thank you for your speedy reply to my questions. It would be most appreciated if you could answer these follow-up questions, so I can make my decision about which of your themes is the most appropriate to purchase at this time:
- Referring to my earlier question about creating a similar effect in the Native theme ninth, with the floating frame seen in Ronneby theme third. To be clear I was referring to the white frame that seems to float on top of the content, at the outer edges of the window. This is very evident when first landing on (http://rnbtheme.com/third/). When scrolling the page content appears scroll inside this frame. I think this would be a very appealing design element to recreate as an option in the Native theme. My question was whether this was something that could be done with the Native theme now, or whether this was something that could be added to the theme in an update soon? Or perhaps, would you be able to point out the pieces of code in Ronneby that made this design element possible?
- In this Native theme (http://nativewptheme.net/ninth/), there a certain elements I would like to know if I can change to suit the needs of my projects:
- The Metro grid in this theme, starts with a full-width landing image/content element. Scrolling down, this is succeeded by a grid made up a series of line that follow as such: 1 line made up of 4 small squares; 2 lines made up of 1 large square, and 2 lines of 2 small squares each; then 1 line of 4 small squares; and so on. Would it be possible to replace the large squares with rectangles, equal in dimension to 1 small square height and 2 small squares width? The ultimate idea would be to create a metro grid structure that would display as follows: 1 line made up of 1 rectangle, and 2 small squares; alternating line of 2 small squares, followed by 1 rectangle; and repeated son , with the rectangle elements alternating from right to left with each successive line.
- The information displayed inside the individual grid squares is, I believe: category, date, title, excerpt, and author. Will it be possible to adjust these to turn of display elements, so that only the following elements would display (category, title, excerpt)? I would like to be able to have posts with no date or author. Also, is it possible to have a post with multiple categories, but select only a single one to be displayed in the grid view?
- I believe there is a translucent grey over-screen on the grid elements, giving the photos a muted/greyed effect. Is it possible to change the way this is displayed so that there is no muting of the pictures? And also, is it possible to have the title sit on a darker translucent bar (that expands to include the excerpt on mouseover) that does not cover the entire photo but is limited to the text elements, where they are (expanded or contracted by mouseovers, etc.)? If these features are not available in Native yet, I would highly recommend providing more of this sort of functionality in future updates. Being able to control these elements more granularly will make the theme extremely useful and portable to many varied projects.
- Finally, using this theme (http://nativewptheme.net/ninth/), is it possible to instead of having the page end in a footer, to have the more content items auto-loaded into the grid when reaching the bottom of the page?
Thank you again for all your help. I look forward to using your very excellent themes.
Hello Nilblank!
Please find our replies below:
1. As we understood from your last reply, you are referring to the white frame around the page. This feature is available within Native theme as well.
2. The demo layouts are all customizable and you may add and remove the elements from them, a well as mix different layouts.
3. You may easily achieve the desired displaying of the portfolios using the Portfolio module and setting the custom sizes to the portfolios thumbnail images.
4. As for hover style, for the ninth demo, the blog posts are displayed in ‘Overlay’ style, which has this style by default. The hover options are available for gallery and portfolio items within Native.
5. You may use the lazy load within Native in order to load more items like shown here:http://nativewptheme.net/home/blog-lazy-load-pagination/
Hope to see you among our happy customers:)
In case any questions appear, you are welcome to contact us via this form so you could provide us with the screenshots of the elements in question and we could be more helpful to you.

Hi there. I’m thinking of purchasing your theme. A few questions first please. 1. Does your theme have typekit integration or would I have to install the typekit plugin? 2. Also I looked at all your demos and really didn’t like so many animations. I’m assuming these can be turned off. Are there any options to adjust the animations. I noticed in other VC themes you can change the speed and direction of elements animated in or just turning them off altogether. 3. Is it easy enough to customise the icons. I prefer to just be able to upload icons directly into the media library and add through the icon module in VC. Is this how it’s done. I hate having to FTP and stuff around with CSS files like some themes. Thank you!
Hello Taylakay!
Thanks for paying attention to our theme!
As for your questions:
1. The typekit is not supported at the moment but our theme supports generated webfonts upload.
2. The animations can be disabled from the shortcode directly. We can also add an option to enable/disable animation from the theme options in one of the nearest updates.
3. There is an option to add custom icon fonts in our theme, please check this article.
Best regards,
DFD team.
Guys,
What’s the issue with VC and Native? Backend editor = if i remove image and save, the changes are not saved. When I switch to frontend = lags
Also the support tickets we lodged in your support center seem to have vanished? Could you also tell us where we can see our previous support tickets.
Many thanks
Hello HardcoreThemes!
As for the VC image changing issue, it is not theme related, it’s the way like VC works. Please make sure that new image was loaded after you change it before you click Save changes button. The VC needs the image to be completely loaded via Ajax before you close the shortcode pop up to keep your changes. As for the front end editor, it is not quiet fast by default but as far as we extended the default functionality of VC with our custom shortcodes, it takes a bit longer to proceed. As for your support tickets, they are being forwarded to our support service (we use the Omnidesk at the moment which is similar with the Zendesk used by Envato) and they are visible for our support team at the moment only. You will get an email notification as soon as our support proceed your request and you will also get all the history to your mailbox. As far as it’s a weekend at the moment, we have only several members of our support staff at work at the moment what causes a delay in proceeding of the support requests, sorry. You will get a reply shortly, sorry for inconvenience.

DFD team.

Hallo, I installed the theme but I am struggling to change the logo. I read in other support answers that I must change the logo in theme options>header style options>header style chosen. However its not clear for me how to choose a header style or what header style is. I imported the fourth’s content
Hello Lionelkrieger!
We used the 8th header style for the front page on that demo and header style 9 for the portfolio inner pages. Here are the links to our theme documentation for header style 8 and header style 8. Here also is the link to articles with Head tag. We can also assist you with that if you submit a support ticket here.
Best regards,
DFD team.
Thank you. I was able to edit the header following your answer. Now I need to know how I can edit the inner page header image. I think its called the stunning header. I just cant find the option in header options. Thank you for your quick response. Love your work

Hey there!
I have serious issues with installing the theme to my wordpress-site. I tried to install the theme over wordpress uploader, but it does not seem to accapt the zip or the content of it. I used dfd-native.zip and everytime I try to upload it just gives me an error and if I may want to try it again. I tested my wordpress with the test installation of other themes and they worked just fine. I don’t know if there is something wrong with the package or I don’t see the mistake. But I tried it multiple times with diffrent packages and unpacking and repacking it, with no sucess. Please help!
Thanks a lot in advance
Hello Oberhafenpost!
Thank you for choosing us!
The issue you’ve described seems to be connected with the insufficient server configurations, so it doesn’t allow to upload the theme pack via WordPress admin section.
So we recommend you to install the theme via FTP, as described in this post (FTP Installation section).
Also, we suggest you our assistance with theme installation.
Please check this article and submit a ticket and we’ll be glad to help you.

Hello Author, I have imported front page demo successfully but I am having trouble in importing demo content from “HOME” and “PAGES”. Can you please help in this problem? I have added following line in wp-config.php file define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘3000M’);
Also I have already added following code into php.ini file, just in case. upload_max_filesize = 1000M post_max_size = 2000M memory_limit = 3000M file_uploads = On max_execution_time = 180
Thank you in advance
Hello Ivijayofficial!
Thank you for choosing us!The requested pages need to be installed on your site as a separate layout.
While installing the content via Demo Importer the theme options and Revolution sliders will be overwritten and you’ll get only the ones from the last installed layout in the end. To avoid that, we’d recommend you to use WordPress importer to install additional layouts/demos. Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the content.xml file to import the content from \wp-content\themes\dfd_native\inc\demo-data\ 27_pages\folder. More details can be found in this post: http://nativewptheme.net/support/first-steps/demo-content
In case you need our help, please submit a ticket in our support center and we’ll help you with content import.
