Hello, I am using your theme. I hired a developer to build the website and they must have purchased the theme, therefore I’m sending a message through here. The theme has a compatibility issue with the Product Configurator for WooCommerce. When I try to use the configurator, much of the information is hidden when your theme is activated. I think it’s probably a CSS issue or conflict because when I use of the stock themes the configurator works fine. Can you help with this?

I encountered a problem with your template, I installed it on a wordpress 6.0 and the demo import did not work. So I deleted everything and I put back a wordpress 5.8 and there my purchse code does not work. How can I do ?
You need to deactivate license in case you would like to delete the whole site. Please note that there are no issues with WordPress version 6.0.

I am trying to use Gravity View (https://www.gravitykit.com/) to build a page where visitors can edit their own form submissions.
I have built the form, and built the view but when a logged-in visitor goes to the page, they see blank space where they should see the edit submission form. I took it up with Gravity View’s tech support and they say that the theme isn’t loading jQuery on the edit submission page.
I tried switching themes from Native to a Wordpress default theme and that does fix things. The submission editing form appears and a user can make changes.
Can you help me with this?
We haven’t tested the requested plugin and haven’t accomplished compatibility with it. We are not sure we can be helpful. Due to the war in Ukraine (and the whole of our team are Ukrainanas and we are constantly under attack even though some of us have already had to leave their ruined homes and moved to other regions), our work is pretty limited and we cannot provide you with the service which is above the theme’s support, unfortunately.

Example: in the wordpress dashboard or what i can see is in the pages section is all the content goes over to the left of the page and im not able to edit it.
When i disable your DFD theme and use the default theme it works perfectly and i can my normal wordpress pages layout. (in the backend) I can also use the WP bakery but I cant use this when i have your theme active.

Hello, I have problems with the redux framework on the dfd extensions plugin in an old version. I downloaded the new version but there are no plugins anymore there. A complete update of the theme is too risky for me due to customizations.
We are not able to support the old version of the theme or plugins (your support is expired by the way). Please make sure you have updated the theme, and activated it with the purchase code. After that, you will be able to update DFD Extensions. The plugin will not be available until you activate your theme copy.
Hi. I am using Elementor. I have a serious problem with changing the section width settings. I can’t set the boxed option, and I need it in some sections. I tried to change it in the page settings (as the default) and in the element module settings. No reaction to changes.

Another bigger question.
My client’s site (https://cahp-acecp.ca/) has a membership directory (https://cahp-acecp.ca/membership-account/directory/) that shows all the site’s members and allows a visitor to click on a member’s name to see that member’s profile.
Only lately, when a visitor clicks on a profile link(eg: https://cahp-acecp.ca/membership-account/profile/?pu=emma-abramowicz), they are 302 redirected back to the directory page.
The server logs indicate this. See below.
However when I disable the Native Child theme and use a Wordpress default theme, the link to the profile page works as expected.
Is there a reason why Native would be redirecting or rewriting these URLs?

The problem isn’t the Native theme. It’s in some custom code that was deployed in the Native child theme. Thank you for your response.

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem on my client site (https://cahp-acecp.ca) that uses this theme. I have set up a staging server (https://staging3.cahp-acecp.ca) to diagnose the problem.
I updated and activated the theme on the staging site and now the production site is saying the theme is not activated. I paste in my purchase code d977721a-4bc9-4d29-abf5-e5a1f0f2e2ea and it tells me it’s not active.
I am I to understand the purchase code can’t be used on my staging site and my production site at the same time? If so, how do I deactivated it on my staging site so that my client can get their website back?

I bought your Native template and also downloaded the layerslider and slider revolution plugins, but in the downloaded documentation there is the date but not the license number. Can you let me have the license of the two plugins?

I was updating the theme plugins as usual, but I receive this error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) when trying to update dfd extension.
Now my website is broken because the theme is updated but not the plugin.
This happened also with the other theme plugins (like wpbakery and rev slider) but in this case I could manually install them. The dfd extension plugin is not included in the plugins folder of the theme.
Could you please let me know how I should proceed?
Fixed, thanks to user naturalbodz. I saw his comment that I needed to activate the theme for the plugins to update.
