Hi, I would like to know how can I put only 4 featured news at the home page? It’s possible define the order of the news at the home page or they are automatically ordered by date of publication? Thanks.
Hi, to change the number of posts go to Settings > Reading > Blog Post Show at most option. To reorder the news you’ll have to change their publishing date.

If you haven’t modified the theme files everything is fine. If your custom css is in the Additional CSS option, it will remain there

Hi, nice theme. A little bit to much animation for me but I’ve read in the comments that it’s possible to disable the overlays… that would be nice. BUT another question: is it possible to keep the menu visible all the time? If you scroll dowb in your theme the menu disappears and is shown again when you scroll up. I don’t think that this is a user-friendly feature so I would like to disable this and make the header sticky…

Thanks for your interest regarding Mira theme. The idea of hiding the top header when you scroll down is to show more of the page content, especially on small devices like phones and tablets. If you want sticky header, this can be done with some custom css. I’ll help you with this if you buy the theme.

Is it possible to disable the scroll effect for the header, and not make it fixed? Due to the size of the logo, I had to hardcode it into the index file, but when I start to scroll, the social icons are basically on top of logos/text for awhile till I scroll passed a certain point and then it disappears.
Thanks for using Mira theme. You didn’t have to embed the logo into the index file. You can change its size via css styles when you add it via Customize panel. Please send me a link to your website via private message to check the issue

1. Make sure in Theme Options > General Settings the Search Icon option is ON, or at least one of the Social Media fields is added.
2. In Theme Options > Custom CSS add the following style:
.post-category { display: none; }
3. Use this style: .post-meta li.meta-views { display: none; }
4. If you want to have only the logo on the left and the hamburger menu on the right without the social media buttons then it needs some more changes. Please send me a private message with a link to your website.
5. Please check the theme documentation for this.

Hi – I am interested in this theme for posting up poetry / photos, I have 1 thing that I would really require though, and that is for the text in the main page photos / post captions to be formatted with white spaces and new lines that would be in poems- is this possible?

Hi there! This is a beautiful theme and visually, exactly what I need! I really like the default homepage with the 2-3 Grid. The only thing I would need differently for my project, is that ideally, I would like all the things in the grid to be pages and not posts – or, in case that is not possible, I’d like the posts to be displayed without the posting date on the homepage. Would either of these be possible? Thanks!
Hi! Thanks for your interest regarding Mira theme. The layouts are for the posts only. You can hide things like posting date from the admin theme’s panel or via custom css styles.

How do I activate the full-screen/full-width images on my posts? All my photos are still constricted on a margin. I want to be able to post both full-screen and gallery images on a single post, as shown on your demo. That is actually the main reason why I bought this theme. Help please, thanks!

Hello! New WordPress designer here. I am having some trouble formatting the home page. The format that is displayed in the live view with the full screen banner and the browsing categories displayed below. It doesn’t seem to give the option to display both, I am only able to show a banner or the latest posts that. How am I able to sync the design with the display version? Thanks!

Is there a way to dont show the header when i scroll up? Im already using Scroll Top Button. So i dont want to show my “header” (logo, menu, etc) when im scrolling the page to top. Please, is there something that i could do to change that?

In order to hide the header when you scroll up, go to Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Custom CSS and add the following style:
.nav-bkg { display: none; }
Click the Save Changes button and refresh your site.

It seems that you’ve modified the theme’s functions.php file and you forgot to delete an asterix character on line 2. Please check the original functions.php file and compare it with the one you’ve modified. If you install a plugin make sure to deactivate it.
I’ll have to tell you that we don’t support 3rd party plugins.
As a suggestion you can use the Yoast SEO plugin. It will add the open graph meta automatically.

Yesterday I had a bad surprise with your Mira theme. All was working correctly but when I went into a post from my mobile (iphone7) I saw that in the header pic, the theme overlap the title of the page, with the title from the post with the category being impossible to read any of this and being very bad from the design of the page… ¿Can you help me?

I get in touch with you again for a 2 questions about Mira theme. The first one is that on categories page is happening the same that was happened with title post in the mobile. The header mixes the title of the category and appears the text: “Browsing category”... ¿Can I do the same that you recommend (via html code) me with the post page? The second thing is that when I see the home from my desktop, the first post its alienated with the pic from next one, but the rest of the post are desalinated, can you help me with yhis please? Thinking about purchasing this theme but am curious how it works with the Wordpress Mobile App. I’m planning to post each day during a bike tour in which I’ll only have my DSLR and an iPhone.
Is it possible to post via the app and still maintain the beautiful layout, galleries and full width images? More specifically specify what image(s) to use where and how to display them?

The WP mobile app is for easily manage your site via tablets or phones. The theme is responsive so it should be no problem viewing it on mobile devices. You can check the demo via your phone / tablet to see how it looks.
The featured posts images in the demo have a size of 1400×800px. You can add a featured post image by creating a new post and upload a picture via Set Featured Image option.

I installed the jetpack plugin properly, but the I don’t have the option to change the gallery type to “Tiles”. Only available options to me are slideshow and grid-preview (default).
Second, since we are a group of people to maintain posts on the site, is it possible to store individual social media accounts for each author to be shown on the author summary below blog posts?

1. Make sure the Tiled Gallery module is active. Then go to Settings > Media and select the box next to “Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.“
2. You can create new authors via the Users option in WP admin. After you create a new user, edit it and below the Contact info title you’ll see fields for G+, Facebook and Twitter.

How can I change the number of posts it loads for infinity scroll? Jetpack only sets 7 in their settings
i’ve disabled it as it overrrides the number of posts i want in my feed (instead of 15, it stops at 7 which doesn’t fit the number of columns).
ALSO, your turn off comments option does not work. It’s still there when I’ve turned it on as I want to replace it with facebook comments.
