Yes and we’re so sorry about miscalculation. We have been working on the new update for couple weeks now and things have been more complicated than we thought(Because some new features requires huge customization) and this makes the update a bit delayed.
But I’m sure that this will be worth waiting. We have been many awesome features in next update and we’re really excited to launch a new demo in next update too!

Prepurchase questions.
Somehow, in the details of the tour, the customer can select the hotel (same tour, different hotel options and prices). If not, do you think it would be very difficult to add it for me?
Some form of adding printable to the customer’s dashbord (airplane tickets, hotel reservations confirmations, luggage identification) and that they are available in the backend to print them and in case of occupying them?
Some form of adding supplements to the price (preferential place, insurance, meals, etc.)

I see that many people have already asked you this question that other than the payment methods mentioned by you, we can’t use a plugin for a third party payment gateway like we can with woocommerce. Your sales are really getting hit because of this feature and you should seriously think of finding a work around for this. In the meantime can you please confirm status of big update so I can take a decision accordingly. Also, if I did want to hire a coder to add a third party payment gateway to the system, would you be able to help with identifying which files would need to be edited correctly in order to ensure smooth operations, also, can your team do the same at a small cost?

We used to think about it but we can’t find the way to plug woocommerce payment gateway to the theme because Woocommerce payment only works with Woocommerce plugin but our system isn’t Woocommerce based. (The benefit is we can create anything we want and make the system most suit with tour operation.)

3. We can guide for which files need to be done(but not coding, only tell you which files.)

Is there a way to determine different departure airports for one tour, which in some cases also carry extra charges on the total price? We want to offer our customers the possibility to choose from different departure airports, from where they can reach the starting point of the trip.

We don’t have option for that but customer may put the info in the additional note field. Or you may contact back to customer manually to ask for the detail?

I want to sell excursions on a daily basis, I would like this option: I’m selling a trip to the customer for 50 €, if someone else buys that trip so their prices go down for both customer, so now it’s around 48€. That the client can see how many people bought that trip and that the price is reduced by 2% Every time a customer buys an excursion, up to € 35 if the trip sells 50 times, of course, must be the same date.
So i buy one trip and prices is 50€, then you buy a trip for the same day and then the price is 48€ for both, customer buy trip and prices is 47€ for all three.
decide the number of people if we have 50 people who are going on the same trip on the same day then, of course, that is the price cheaper but customer is not related. It’s like something as Group Buying.

I have a pre-sale questions.- In addition to the base price, is there an option to add miscellaneous prices just below the Sub Total Price similar to Tax Rate?
- Is there an option to apply group discount, duration discounts for adults?
- Is there an option to apply discounts separately for adults, students and children?
If there is no such options available, would you provide support to incorporate the custom changes? The theme is awesome!

1. Did you mean something like additional service(chargeable)? If yes, then we don’t have this feature yet but adding in future update.
2.1 We are adding this feature in future update (ex, 5 people get 10% off, 10 people get 15% off and so on.)

- Do you help create child theme? I may have to customize theme files, booking forms, shortcodes etc. It is not easy to integrate required plugins into child theme. The child theme should have the same folder structures? If you provide help to created child theme, it would be great.
- Is there an option to display related tours at bottom of the single tour page?
- Is there an option to set the tour cost depending on the months? Some months will be high season costing more and some months low season costing less.
- How many footer widgets can be displayed? 4 would be ideal.
- Do you have vertical tabs as well?

1.) Theme function could be override in child theme since every function is wrapped by if( function_exists(FUNCTION_NAME) ) command.
You need to use hook and action to override the plugin function ( not everything can be edited but you can suggest custom hook/action for us ),

How do I change the color of the clickable link on tour pages where is says how many tours each category has? I’ve looked under goodlayers> color > and searched through all tabs and have been unable to locate that option.
Just to clarify, I’m speaking about once I’ve created many tours under each category, on my site, it generates a picture with a title for each category and then has clickable link to however many tours were created in that category. The writing to click on the number of tours on my website is Black and I can’t see it over the picture.

Sorry, this theme only supports Paypal, Authorized.net, Stripe and Paymill.
In order to add other payments, it requires a lot of customization. You may have to hire a coder to do this.

I’m really interested in this theme. I just have 2 questions :
- Does it come with an option to manage inventory in the backend so there’s no chance of overbooking? Can inventory (# of spots available at certain date) be displayed live on customers end in the calendar?
- Is there a quick option to deactivate the whole log in/sign up logic? In my case, it doesn’t make too much sense for my customers to have a profile and access to a dashboard. I just want them to receive a confirmation email.

1. Yes, the system will automatically block the seat after it’s booked and when it’s full, no ones can book anymore. However, currently, we don’t have a feature to show available seat. If on the certain date is full, the system will show the warning message as ‘full’ and customer will be not able to book the tour.
2. Currently not, but we’re going to add an ‘Enquiry form’ in next update to receive email only.

Ok it’s clear, but I would like to know if also cart can be disabled or not. Disabling payments, will the booking process skip the cart or do users need to put the tour in cart anyway?

hm, I’m a bit confused. We do not have the cart in this theme as it’s not a Woocommerce base.(Our tour system is not running on Woocommerce.) If I understood you wrongly, can you please provide screenshot with the description so I can understand easily.

The only thing that is important that we can filter more things. Not only price and date. But also creating filters for swimmingpool, dogs aloud, etc.
It’s probably so difficult to find a theme where this is possible. Don’t know why. This theme is the nicest of design. But still not what we are looking for i think.

So, I understand that I can not add additional filters? I want them to wonder what additional options they find important. This by means of check boxes or an additional dropdown menu. And then there will be a selection of destinations / homes.

For new updates I suggest that more types of customers can be added. Example: Adult Children Student Kids Pet Solo trip
For new updates you should integrate to pay the total of the tour in several payments all the tours agency do this.

oh ok, in this case, you can create a new user under the role ‘author’ so they can only edit their own tour and create a new tour. ‘Author’ can only view tour by other author but can not edit them : http://take.ms/1mbXp
(BTW, they can create post, personnel, portfolio as well. In the future update we will officially add ‘tour author’ role to make it works as it should be.)

Pre sale question: Do you have group price, in some tours no matter how many people buy the tour, the base price is the same, like fishing trip the cost is the same if just one passanger or 4. And you can add other services per person like lunch.

Is good to know it. Please thing about a private boat trip like fishing charter, the price is the same for 1 to 4 anglers. In this case the base price is for group not for persons. But if the passengers wants to include food or beberages we add a small fee for each person.
