There’s an issue with your theme, and I just recently finally got the site up and working, but attempted to submit a ticket via your system, and was told my support expired.
I understand the concept behind support, but when it’s an issue with your theme actually working, that isn’t support. It’s maintenance and functioning issues. My issue is below. Please advise.
When I have selected that the blog page will display a sidebar, the posts show up on the main Blog page, but when I select “No Sidebar” in the page’s settings, the Blog page shows nothing. Can you tell me why this would be and how to solve the issue?

I sorted it. Another glitch I discovered in your theme, which I had to code around. Oxides could use some QA testing before the next release. Thanks for the response.

Hi, I had bought your Oxides theme for a business client maybe a year ago, and liked it so much that I wanted to use it for my personal website. However, when I just tried to upload my newly bought theme and activate it into my WordPress, it completely crashed my site and I can no longer get into my admin login to customize. It simply states that there is an internal server problem.
I still have the old Oxides folders somewhere on my laptop from my previous purchase and I’m not sure if that is messing with it? I did not use those old files to upload because I know they cannot be used twice. And I have my purchase code for my recent purchase of the theme as well.
If you can tell me how to fix this problem, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have created a google maps key but I don’t see where to put it in the theme. This should be a straight forward process as it’s no a requirement of google. please instruct me what to do urgently.

We are working on our new update where compatibility for latest WooCommerce version will be included. Please, note that WooCommerce made some big changes in 3+ versions, so we need to do modifications to make it compatible with our theme. Just follow our change log where we will state when support for latest version will be added. In the meanwhile, we could suggest to backup your files to the version where some of previews WC versions where activated such as 2.6.14. Thank you for your patience.

question: it seems as though on mobile resolutions, the layout might have been designed for iphone 5 -for example, lots of the items appear to be left-justified instead of center-justified. will the new update solve this problem for mobile displays?

I am installing the Woocommerce on my site and I am facing a problem. We are not sure what are you exactly referring to. The variable product is a default WooCommerce functionality, and if you would like to change this, you would need to make changes inside the default WooCommerce files and templates.
