This is by far the worst experience we had with any theme provider. template path documentation and customer support are very poor. we are trying to solve a simple issue for the past month and still, there is no proper response and support from them. they don’t even refund the money so please don’t buy anything from the template path.
Dear Sir/Madam Pashupati Wellness Centre Pvt Ltd purchased the theme Yogaa – Healthy Beauty, Wellness & Yoga WordPress Theme by template_path on 1 February 2018 and website www.pashupatiwellness.com developed on the said theme was functional but suddenly it has not been functional since last one month with the following error:

Hi there I am interested in buying this template but I have some questions first. There is a section just below the top header image on the home page labelled Nature Of Yoga – You see the mauve circles with the yoga icons on them? There are three of them. Can these circles be replaced with circular images? And would I be able to increase the size of these circular images that will replace the mauve circles?
Second question. I would like to create a custom About us page to replace the existing one? Is this possible? And do you have a good quality Page Builder plugin? And how easy is it to use?
My third question is is it possible to remove sections of the existing pages? And how easy is this to do? For example on the Home page there are many sections as you scroll down the page. Can you keep some of these sections and remove other sections? And can you add your own customer sections to the existing pages?

Hi, 1. You can do this with updating the code. We will help you for this. 2. Yes, you can create your own pages. We use Visual Composer page builder. 3. You can do this with the visual editor.

Hi there could I get a refund? I have had the template for two or three days but I have not been able to use it as the Page Builder is not working. I just help with three things now. The first is that the menu items are not showing at the top of the page like in your demo
The second thing I need help with is that the Contact 7 form is not showing on the page not even in your demo of your website
The third is that there is a white space appearing above the top header image and i need this removed?
If you can help me with these three simple things by tomorrow (Friday) no later then I will be happy.

Hi, I just checked the ticket. You got the reply.
Yes but it did not fix the issues I have. There is also an error from WooCommerce stating that you have to update your core theme files for Woocommerce as it is out of date. Re-installing the WooCommerce plugin does not fix this issue as I tried this many times. My web designer also looked other aspects where he found problems so I cannot use this template and I would like a refund. I hope you will refund my money quickly and this matter can be resolved amicably and if I not I will go through Paypal and file a dispute as I found it impossible to build a website with this template.

Hi there. I just sent a support ticket. When I go into Theme options > Utility > and click on “Import Demo Settings”, it just keeps loading and nothing happens. The demo content is not importing.
