Hi, the following code seems to be not responsive:
<section class="height-80 parallax imagebg">
<div class="background-image-holder">
<img alt="background" src="img/image.jpg" />
</div>
</section>
In fact, the “image.jpg” does not resize and it’s cutted on mobile devices. How can we fix this? Thank you!
Hi there,
The background uses the CSS property “background-size: cover” this ensures that the image is never stretched or skewed unnaturally. You may need to change the background-position property to suit your image better. We can show you how to do this if you’d like to open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com
Thanks, Craig
Hello, I have found a bug that is only in laptop screen resolution. There is a strange gap at the bottom at some of your sites. Can you fix this, please?

HI there,
Thanks for reporting this – we’ll fix it in the next update.
Thanks, Craig
Hello. I’ve bought your template. A question, but builder.htm doesn’t work with Safari (Versione 10.1.1 (12603.2.4))? With Chrome no problem. Thanks and regards.
Hi there,
Thanks for purchasing!
Would you mind opening a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com where we can help diagnose the issue?
Thanks,
Craig
Hi there, I was wondering if you will be making your inputs a little more HTML5-friendly. I am trying to use the theme with Angular 4, but the checkboxes and radios in particular don’t work well with the [(ngModel)] aspect of the Angular framework.
Also, an admin theme for this would be absolutely fantastic. It can match with our landing pages to create a great cohesive experience.
Hey there,
Thanks for the feedback, if you’d prefer you can unwrap the checkboxes and radios from their wrappers and use the standard inputs instead.
Thanks, Craig
Will they work with the styled inputs?
Upon unwrapping the checkboxes, they continue to be styled like text input boxes. I really like the styling built in to Stack, and I wish you guys were a little more framework-agnostic
Thanks for the feedback, currently the styled inputs use JS to trigger the correct attribute on the necessary <input> elements, we’ll consider ways to revise and improve
No more updates in blog content elements, like hero images, image left, image right, etc?
Hey there,
Did you have a link to the type of layout you’d like to see in Stack? We’re definitely interested in expanding the blog section to include more and would love to get more feedback.
Thanks, Craig
Content elements like this:

Hi, The datepicker is not working if I place it in wizard class. Please solve the conflict. Thank you
We’ve now resolved this issue and the fix will be available in the next update.
James
Thanks, Could you please provide me the estimated date of the next update?
This was updated on Friday 9 June – the fix is in version 1.3.10
Thanks it’s working now but it’s unfortunately not responsive
Hi there,
If you’d like to open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com we can take a look for you – I can see it working correctly for me.
Thanks,
Craig
Is it possible to use the template in wordpress?
https://hairboost.dkHi there,
No you’d need to purchase Stack WordPress here: https://themeforest.net/item/stack-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-with-variant-page-builder/19707359
Thanks,
Craig
You have given examples of the shop checkout layouts etc. do these templates easily integrate with the likes of Shopify; or do you have an ecommerce engine built-in/recommend?
Hi there,
These are static HTML pages, so you’d need to integrate this with Shopify by adding the correct liquid markup and templating the pages. If this sounds too advanced, there is a WordPress version of Stack that includes WooCommerce integration.
Cheers,
Craig
Thanks for the response Craig. Where is the WP version of Stack; I can’t find it on TF?
Hello guys,
The page builder is a very interesting idea. I will buy one of your themes as soon as I will get a new project to work on.
I like very much the logo you’ve used for this theme. Can I ask you what font did you use?
Thank you,
Eduard
Hey there Eduard,
Thanks for the compliment! Looking forward to having you as a customer
That font is called “Fira Sans” (the Firefox font) and can be downloaded for free from Google Fonts.
Thanks again,
Craig
Can you please fix the twitter feed on iOS in Safari, it wont display the feed.
Hi there,
We updated the theme a few weeks ago with the Twitter fix, I have confirmed it working just now at trystack.mediumra.re, did you update your files?
Thanks, Craig
i see the link and isnt working, can you please check, i put the pictures of what i see… http://imgur.com/a/OxW0O
That’s odd – here’s what I see: http://imgur.com/a/o6djY
Did you do a non-cached refresh?
yes i did a non-cached refresh, i delete all the cookies and still not displaying in mi iphone plus, so idk whats happening.
We have now tested it on multiple iOS devices with no errors. I suspect this might be a cached version for the old twitterfetcher script stuck in your browser.
Is there a way to have form fields with the dark theme (black background, white text). It looks weird and out of place when we have the dark background set on pages. If not could this be implemented as an option? Thanks
Actually ignore this, realised it would not be easy to see with a dark background
Hey Adrian,
Glad you worked it out
Craig
Yet again – another work of genius!
Quick one – http://trystack.mediumra.re/home-landing-10.html uses a boxed layout but I can’t see it in the demo of Variant where it is in your other files.
Is that a feature on Stack?
Thanks
Hey Charlie,
Thanks for the compliment!
This can be achieved by adding the class “boxed-layout” to the element as described here: http://trystack.mediumra.re/docs/stack_docs/index.html under the “boxed layout” section. It’s been left out of Variant due the slightly different way we’ve managed it here – we’re planning an overhaul to the builder as we speak that will address these shortcomings.
Thanks again,
Craig
Thanks Craig!
No worries
Can you recommend any design/template of backend or email, compatible (goog looking with stack)?
Is the variant builder automatically integrating css and js files of only used components yet?
Hi Tobi,
Moving fixed header is described and demonstrated here: http://trystack.mediumra.re/elements-navigation.html under the “Sticky Bars’ section. We don’t have any recommendations regarding a compatible back-end, it would depend on your requirements.
The builder dynamically includes the necessary JS files and some third-party (icon packs, plugins etc) CSS files depending on what your page requires – the full theme CSS file is included on each page however.
Cheers,
Craig
Still keeps overwriting my work in Varient. This is so incredibly frustrating, I lost my entire days worth of work. Also, I tried exporting to save a few times then went back and see it didn’t export anything. How can there not be a reliable way to save your work?
Hi there,
Are you referring to the HTML version of WordPress version of Stack, you don’t appear to have purchased the HTML version.
Thanks,
Craig
html of stack. yes i have purchased, just under our other business acct on here
Hi there,
You’ll need to open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com using those account credentials so we can verify the purchase and provide support.
Thanks,
Craig
Hi I’m using masonry layout with an infinite scroll plugin. I seem to be running into issues as outlined here where new items are being added to the top of the masonry__container div beneath (z-index) the items that already on the page, rather than putting them at the bottom of the container element. Any ideas on how to resolve this. https://github.com/desandro/imagesloaded/issues/14
Hi there,
Please open a support ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com . We can take a look here – though given that we’re talking about integration with a third-party plugin, we can’t guarantee this will work.
Thanks, Craig
Loving the upgrade changes. Great work.
Cheers! Stay tuned for more greta improvements
I like how you guys have made a page for editing account details in your demo. It would be cool if you guys could make one for a profile page as well, similar to that of a social network maybe with a cover photo, profile picture etc. That would be amazing.
Hey Adrian,
Thanks for the feedback! We’ll add this to our list of considerations for future-content updates.
Cheers, Craig
Your example page is down: http://trystack.mediumra.re/
Hi there,
Thanks for reporting this, we are seeing it working correctly – there may have been a brief outage with our CDN. Are you able to see it correctly now?
Thanks, Craig
Strange, I’ve been unable to replicate this. It looks like the page is loading but there is some JS error, can you see any errors in the console when you inspect the page?
Thanks again,
Craig
Question: It is something very helpful to have the Sketch/PSD for my designer to layout pages for the theme faster for our developer. Is there a way to obtain the Sketch files?
Hi there,
Yes, we have the Sketch files – though they are not 100% congruent with the final design, as the template continued to evolve in design once it was live in-browser. We will happily send you the Sketch files – simply open a ticket at mediumrare.ticksy.com with your email address and we can send them over
Cheers, Craig
Great template! I can’t wait to see where it goes with more updates. Question: Is there a way to make the menu toggle also recollapse the sidebar menu if it’s pressed while the sidebar is open? Also, is there a way to squish the rest of the page responsively when the sidebar nav is opened, instead of just having it overlay on top of the content?
Also, as another question: I’ve tried the advice in here to resize the logo, but it seems to off-center if from the rest of the nav. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi, we can give you some code for this, please open a ticket at http://mediumrare.ticksy.com/ so we can assist you.
The sidebar must always overlay, there is no way to squish the page contents in, I’m afraid.
We can also help you with the logo issue on your ticket.
