I have created a translation file for this theme but the translated texts are not being displayed. I have tried the following: 1. add the translation file to /wp-content/languages/themes 2. add the translation file to /wp-content/themes/massive/languages 3. add the translation file to /wp-content/themes/massive-child/languages and adding the some code to functions.php calling load_child_theme_textdomain.
I have also tried file names ‘massive-nl_NL.mo’ and ‘nl_NL.mo’.
Can you please tell me how to implement the language files correctly?

How did you create translation file? There is a .pot file inside the languages directory, use that template to translate.

Maybe some images are missing. You don’t have to worry about that, as ultimately you’d have to change those images. But you can try reimporting again, and if you find any images missing then please send us screenshot of missing images. We’ll take care of that.

thanks for the support until here. still waiting for an answer to my email and i have already the next question: in the portfolio the hover lightbox works good on a desktop but not at all responsive on the iphone (tested from 4 – 7) because hoer in general dont do that. the main reason is that i bought the theme because of the hover but now i cant use my page/portfolio on my telephone. can you give advice? otherwise i would like to refund.

We have checked on iPhone 6s-plus and didn’t find any portfolio hover problem. Working perfectly the way it works on desktop. We’ve checked on android too and working fine there.

Hello, I would like to remove the empty space between the page title section and the content under that. Also when there is no page title, just the menu, I’d like my content to be immediately under the menu, not with a gap between. Thanks!
EDIT: Sorry, to clarify, I can do it on each page individually, using the custom “page” settings, but for the majority of the pages I’d like this padding to be 0, so can I change the top default padding from 100 to 0?

I am having a problem with the menu text color and need assistance to fix.
We want the color of the menu text to be the same no matter if the page is active, inactive, or the hovered over.

Use the following css snippet to reset hover and active color to normal color.
.menuzord-menu > li.active > a,
.menuzord-menu > li:hover > a {
color: inherit;
}
And use the follwing snippet to set normal, hover and active color:
.menuzord-menu > li > a
.menuzord-menu > li.active > a,
.menuzord-menu > li:hover > a {
color: color_code_goes_here;
}
Don’t use both snippet together.

My customer wants to be able to make use of the templates in the Visual Composer template library. But I think I have read somewhere that I have to buy a Virtual Composer license separately to be able to download these templates. Is that correct? Do I then need to install VC again or do I just enter the license code? Thanks
No you don’t need to purchase it as we purchased the extended license for our product. Extended license allow clients to use the product as an end user. https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/extended see the #4 and #5 point. Here you can be clear about this issue. Thanks

Yes. I already found where to download the templates. But when I hover over the template I want to download I don’t get the download symbol just the view symbol. Anyway my customer got impatient and bought a separate license for Visual Composer. I installed the license and we now get the download symbol and can download templates. It’s a shame that we had to buy a license to do this.

Revolution Slider is not included with main demo package / import system. There is a separate zip file for Revolution Slider with your downloaded package. Please import that manually from Revolution Slider dashboard.
