for the mailing list you need to install the plugin that is described in recommended plugins directory with a link to Wordpress repository. Buttons are style dependent, yes, but a plugin can override it.

only with a bit of customization. Functionality like that is more in the domain of plugins. I use Optin Monster on our main page and it’s the best solution for sign ups and newsletter popups.

I have bought and setup the theme. As for this question I want to have an option for people to login and setup there own profile such that they can upload or submit their own blog posts. Could you give some suggestions regarding where I should look up or provide help in setting in up?
Just as someone with a role as author can upload posts through wp-admin login, is there a way to have another login option where user can log in to his own profile, view his posts and upload or edit.

themes, in general, don’t support that, it’s functionality of a plugin.
You can create more users though. So add a new user, assign the role of author and he can log in and write posts. Just be sure to not set him as administrator.

pre purchase query: 1) is it seo optimized? 2) Light weight? 3) Are those footer credits editable and removeable? 4) I don’t like coding even though I know the basics and can get the results out. 3. yes, you can change those. 4. no, all changes like that are done via administration panel. 5. yes, it supports all major plugins. 6. this is a domain of plugins, so you just need a plugin for that.
