Hey I’ve been waiting for your reply email for over a month, it’s getting ridiculous. I need to create this website. Please check your email and let me know if you are willing to help me out and provide a solution or reimburse the money since it doesn’t work. If I’m not installing correctly please DO let me know and indicate a solution. I’ve sent you screenshots of the Drupal installation, I’ve tried in 3 different computers with the best internet connection, I’ve created other websites with other themes meanwhile and they all worked. I’ve waited. It seems like you deleted my previous comments here… not cool. The theme looks fantastic but you should fix it before selling it… PLEASE provide a solution, thank you.

Most likely you bought a Drupal version of Elementy. Elementy Drupal has another author (developer- drupalet – https://themeforest.net/user/drupalet) and this is a completely different product, it just has an overall design. That is, there are 2 different stand-alone products. Support for these version is carried out by their author. Please contact them. When installing the theme and installing all the plugins activating the newsletter and flex-map plugins that are requested, it breaks the entire wordpress site. Please help!
Also, importing the demo data has a ton (and I mean a ton!) of broken images. I am starting to regret this purchase as I have never purchased a theme with so many issues right out of the box.

Hello, I installed the demo data of the theme but now it’s impossible to change the logo, whatever logo I upload in all possible places in the theme settings it keep showing your theme logo, see it here and look for the code my logo is uploaded there but yours still have a kind of hardcoded markup within the theme and I don’t know where to remove that.
Sorry to hear that You should change logo in Page option, go to edit page then scroll down to bottom and you will see
