Will this allow embedded video within the template to play within the email?
Sorry, it not. Most of the email clients still don’t support embedded video. What we can do is use an image that links to youtube or another video service instead.
Hello, Thanks a lot for this template. I have a problem with the email sent to a Gmail box as the columns get one above the other, and everything is far longer than in the preview email. Can you help on this ? Best regards,
Hi, Please send me a screenshot and the template file that you working on to nutzumi@gmail.com I would like to test and check the code for you.
the live preview isn’t working?
Hi, look normally to me, any specific link? you can try clear browser cache and reload the page.
Looks great! Is there any plans for supporting Drip? It will be very popular soon I believe.
Hi, you mean this Drip correct? This’s the first time I learn about this service. As I read through their knowledge base. It seems like they use a simple copy paste method for import a custom template.
If you already a Drip customer. I can send you a test file for you to test on your account if it work properly or not, just send me an email to nutzumi@gmail.com
Hi there, can you change the background images on the email template please? As Ideally I would like to have my product details within both the image boxes, and ALSO the background images.
And as importantly, is it easily edited in Mailchimp? As I have had an absolute nightmare previously with the usability of themeforest templates reverting into Mailchimp!
I will look forward to your reply as soon as possible so I can proceed with purchase.
Hi, you can change background image via Stampready builder and export to use with Mailchimp or change directly at the code because MailChimp doesn’t have a change background image function they only able to edit a normal content such as image and text.
ok great.
is this theme easy to edit directly in mailchimp apart from the background image?
i.e. does it have a drag and drop function in mailchimp?
Many thanks
Yes it is you able to drag and drop in Mailchimp. Just make sure you do it in Campaign builder mode at design stage.
For the template style (color scheme) I do recommend to use Stampready builder(free) to customize instead because the user interface are more friendly plus you got a background changing function as well.
hi there, how do i edit the main image under responsive email?
You mean the background image correct? you can do in StampReady builder before exporting
or edit directly at the code, both MailChimp and Campaign Monitor doesn’t have an edit background image function yet.
At the code search for < !- – header – -> and replace the background link will be at the “td” tag with absolute URL (ex. http://www.imageURL.com/image.png)
thank you, do you have a module with large featured image for publishing blog posts? i only see 1/2 left and 1/2 right, but the images are too small. would like a a full width image above text. thanks
Actually, you can use an All-in-one template import to SR and build up your new template and select the 1/1 panel module that has a 600×200 feature image.
how do i add additional social icons such as instagram, pinterest etc? thanks
You will need to modify the code because it limited by the design. You can do it by duplicate the chuck of code.
and the <td width="15" /> is a spacing between each icons.
do you know where i can get the images from? thanks
You can find other social icons from IconFinder.
Hi, MyMail has made some big updates and changes, including a name change. I had to remove my previous stuff and install Mailster, then added Hogar back, but it seems the support is not there anymore. This effectively means I cannot use the templates I have created. Any ideas ?
Hi, The updates just release today. There still no information regarding what we have to update template code at this moment. I’ll try to contact the plugin author and get the update(if need) up as soon as we get more information.
Cool, thanks, let us know ..
I’ve asked @revaxarts (Mailster author) He told me there is no change in the code for the template you can continue using the template as normally. I also tried and it still works properly for me.(here video).
I would recommend try contact directly with Mailster support regarding the issue in your case. I’m not sure whether it might be a plugin setting error or etc.
Hello!
Tonight i bought email template. I got email notif. ([ThemeForest] Purchase Confirmation) But when i try to dowload it (from my download page), i get error message – ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
This item very important for me, please help!
There’s an on going server error on Envato server. They already identified and error from amazon host s3. It should get resolved soon.
Thanks a lot!
Hello,
I would like to purchase this item but I have few questions first. I use NEX-Forms plugin so my customers can fill in a form, submit it and pay for our services. When buyers make a submission, NEX-forms send them an Email that can be edited as html. Can I use your HTML codes to insert it inside NEX-Forms mailer? I know I can, but will it work correctly?
Thanks.
Hi, This actually is the first time I learn about this plugin, never test on it yet. I’ve tried checking on their demo but still no clue where/how to test sending.
You can email me to nutzumi@gmail.com I can send a test file for you or you can provide more info if it possible to send the test from their demo.
Thank you for interesting
You state that your template is compatible with Outlook – but thats far from being true. Its not only the background images that do not work in outlook (which is normal and was expected) but also the table-structure for more than one table-cell in a row is completly messed up in Outlook etc.
You template looks great on the first view but really, you should not mark it as Outlook-compatible if the view in Outlook does not even match the view in other mail software for 30%.
Hi, I also state in the description that Oulook is not support background image (which is by default and commonly known for most user). For the table-cell messed up and etc. Please send me more info to nutzumi@gmail.com. How do you send the email? which template file do you use? Which Outlook version do you use for view an email?
Any screenshot would be appreciated, thank you
Hi!
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I know that there is no solution for backgrounds in Outlook, that’s why I wrote “(which is normal and was expected)”, just mentioned this because you wrote that this as the only problem with Outlook and did not mention others. So I was expecting that everything else would work.
I was using the main template, even completely unchanged, just copying it to my Newsletter provider (Newstroll, a German company) and test sending it did not show a correct table structure as I would have expected it for a desktop view. It looked more like a mixture of desktop and mobile view in Outlook.
I use Outlook 2016. I can send you Screenshots tomorrow, I am not at the PC right now but only have my mobile phone at hand.
Hi, Sure thank you I’ll wait for the screenshots tomorrow.
However, to sending HTML email is not just depend on the clients that use for viewing but how and where you send from as well because some email services are support difference code from other. For example, Campaign Monitor required width attribute in every editable image while MailChimp and other are not, MailChimp doesn’t support simple CSS keyframe but CM does, etc.
This’s the first time I learn about Newstroll service. I haven’t tested or aware of any specific requirement and the capability of this service before, as it not list in the compatible email service in the description. But I just tried to register and test (with the help of Google translate). It seems like the Newstroll doesn’t properly support the new Hybrid code method that I just updated. While the previous version of template that using normal structure a working normally with Newstroll
So if you interest, I can send you the files of 1.4 that working with Newstroll for you to test on, because the only difference between 1.4 and 1.5 is the code structure that 1.4 relies on media query to responsive while 1.5 using hybrid method that you can have responsive in Gmail app(which doesn’t support media query).
Here video using 1.4 with Newstroll
I also sending the test from some major service (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, StampReady), and It still looks normally.
Here a video I’m doing the test.
The overlap button in the header is achieved by using a background image trick. So when the background image is disabled, the button will look like it stick to the bottom of the module as you saw in the video.
Hi!
Thanks for your reply.
And thanks a lot for your extensive testing – thats outstanding support for a template that costs only a few dollars!
Just send you an email with 2 screenshots and an detailed explanation.
Could you inform us on what updates were made recently, please?
The first one is revamped template code change to hybrid approached which is able to have a layout stacking like a responsive in Gmail app(without using @media query).
the second is just adding the missing files to the template package, nothing else
Thank you!
Can you do an integration with Mautic please?
Hi, this’s the first time I know about Mautic. I just try to look through their documentation but still can’t find any requirement info. for HTML email yet. If you have any information regarding Mautic or sample you can send me at nutzumi@gmail.com I’m not sure will there be a specific structure requirement for this service or not. Thank you
Hello, I’m interested in your template. Previously I bought a responsive email marketing template for other and I had a lot of configuration issues, especially with regard to the size of the source code, which was very large and Gmail did not display 70% of the email.
Does your template also have a very long code? Complicating their display in Gmail and others?
Hi, I’m not sure I understand you correctly but if you refer to the email got cut off in the inbox area in Gmail after sending.
As far as I know, it because the Gmail clipping any email that larger than 102kb, which mostly occurs when you using too many modules or multiple large images. (more info)
The nature of HTML email is base on table structure not a div like regular HTML for a website. So the code may contain more than they normally do on a regular website.
I’d recommend, you to try sending a test email directly in the builder at demo page, to see what it like in your Gmail. The code will be long or short depend on how many modules you added to the campaign.
Is it. So your default templates, with images and default configuration stay under 102kb or its necessary use less modules than in preview?
here this is the HTML file size of the Main template.
it more than 102kb if image included. but most of the time we all the image will link to the host(email service provider), so it might not count when sent.
Well, i definity will bought one of your themes. But now i am with a doubty. Wich theme is better? Koble, Matah or Hogar? I want to have a lot of possibilites and responsive template, full widht, with a 2017 layout style. I Cant choose… help me.
Ok, Mostly it will depend on which you need most and suit to your web design.
Koble – mainly focus on the main template layout style(less notification layout) that that best for newsletter email.
Matah – In contrast to Koble. It included more notification layout template (less main template design). It best for the website that has a service or promotional.
Hogar – Similar to Matah but difference main template design and little less template layout. It best for shopping and promotional campaign.
However, all of these 3 items are using the same Hybrid coding approach that can be stacking layout module like a responsive without a media query.
hope that helps
Perfect, what I’m looking for is a template for an e-commerce car. In addition to the e-mail selling the cars, they will also have informative emails, with only text, notifications, etc., but the focus is sale.
Also, I still do not know which tool the client will use, so I need to be able to edit and create direct email in html, via dreamweaver. It’s possible?
Sure, it possible. If you do know an HTML I would definitely recommend a Dreamweaver to modify the template. The template builder just to makes it easy for those who don’t know the code (lack a lot of features compare to DW).
Can we export HTML file to desktop as regular HTML?
The exported file will include a MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, and some StampReady tag to compatible with those ESP.
The template need at least a StampReady tag to make it editable in the builder.
If you need just a regular HTML . I already provided within a template package.
Hello – I’m using the Notification 2 template in Mailchimp. The main image and header isn’t responsive to my iphone, it’s alot larger than it should be. I’ve tried resizing the images with no success. Could I be doing something wrong here?
Many thanks in advance – h
Hi, which email app do you use for view the template. You can send me the screenshot to nutzumi@gmail.com. Make sure you view in a native email app, because most of other email apps still not properly support responsive code—especially Gmail app that remove style in the header.
Hi, this theme looks amazing. I would love to purchase it if it will work smoothly with the Emma platform… I see that it is compatible. Do you happen to offer support or have a walkthrough video for the Emma platform as you do with others? Cheers!
Hi, Thank you for interesting. I would love to do the video, unfortunately, my Emma test account already expired for a while. I already request for a new one but no sign of them yet.
However, Emma using a copy/paste method to import a custom HTML template. You can learn directly from their site tutorial or contact them about importing process. here more info
I also found some useful video from Emma about using custom HTML as well. You can select a “Freestyle HTML” or “Code your own” option to paste the HTML code.
I’ll create my own walkthrough video once they approve my test account.
Okay great! I’ll check it out. Thanks for the reply!
Hi, thanks for awesome theme!! I have a question. I have two cell phones, iPhone and Galaxy S7 Edge. It is good for iPhone but it is little broken on Galaxy S7. Do you have any schedule to fix or add more resolution later? Thank you!!
Hi, can you send me a screenshot to nutzumi@gmail.com Mostly the responsive email are only work best in the native email app, most of other apps still don’t support @media query for responsive especially Gmail app that strips off style in the code header area.
Thank you for your comment! Yea.. as you say it breaks in only Gmail app. Do you have plan to update for it? Thank you
Yes, but whether support @media query or not it depend on Gmail app, not the template code.
However, the good news is at this moment Gmail is releasing a big update to the Gmail web client and mobile app. included responsive support! Unfortunately, support might be rolling out gradually across regions. We do know that the roll out is still ongoing with many waiting on getting the new rendering capabilities on their Gmail accounts. So It would be better to wait until an update is available across all regions.
by the time they’re fully available. The update might not be necessary because it going to support the responsive code as we already using today.
Thank you for you comment! Google please HURRY UP!!! lol
Hi
Can you help me change the header image (the one with the girl and the camera). Using Mailchimp
Thanks a lot
Hi, Unfortunately, MailChimp doesn’t have a changing background image function, unless you change the link at the code. However, you can use a StampReady builder to modify template(included change header bg image) and export to use with MailChimp.
*You can freely use StampReady builder with a free account
Thanks for you support and you job ! I gonna try ! Have a good day
You’re welcome! don’t forget to rate my template too, thank you and have a great day!
How can I change the background image of the header in MyMail?
Normally, MyMail auto detects a background attribute from the code and make it changeable by just click and browse directly to the BG image. However, sometimes the plugin unable to detect BG image properly(use to occur with a module with complex layout multiple table nesting). We have to change the background link at the code instead.
Sorry for inconvenient, because change BG image is automation function by the plugin. I can’t control over this plugin automation by template code.
So you mean I need to go to the source code and change the URL to the image there?
I will be sending email via Sendy. How should I import the template into HTML style? Thanks
Hi, as I check with their demo, you can copy and paste an HTML code directly at the Campaign editor by select a “Source” button. Make sure to host all image online or select “Keep images online” when exporting from StampReady builder’s.
Here a demo video, don’t forget to rate the template too
thanks
