Thanks for your patience. This is caused by twitter widget – it happens when twitter widget fails to retrieve the tweets. Please either remove the widget from the widget area or set it up according to the instructions from this article: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7231/
We will see to modify the plugin so it does not raise the warning, but until then, if you do not want to use the twitter widget, just remove it.

Hi there,
I’m trying to add the BT slider (sponsor logos) to my site’s footer. Currently I have a row containing these on a bunch of pages, but sponsors change quite frequently so I would love to be able to only change them in one place rather than on 10 different pages. Is there a way to do this using the provided widgets? Or maybe a shortcode I can use to input into a text widget?

Hi,
There is a way – it is a bit of a hack but it will work – first create the sponsor section on one of the pages. The best is if you do not have that page in the menu structure, since you will be using it only for this purpose. View the page, inspect it and copy the entire source code of the section with sponsors (including the respective section tag).
Then add the Text widget to Footer area and paste the code as is. Once you do that – you might have to add the custom css to color the footer background as you wish, but that is straightforward task and voila.
If you want to change anything in the future, modify the section on the “special” page and paste the section’s code to the widget again.

Hi, I just bought the theme and think I may have installed it wrong. The homepage that I see to customer is the blog page, the not the homepage featured on the demo site. I downloaded the theme and the Eventim file wasn’t zipped. I zipped it on my computer and uploaded it, wordpress told me that the theme installed. However, the homepage is the blog page and I am not seeing any of the demo site’s pages when I try to add a new page. Please help, thank you

I’m having issues with displaying custom fields. The theme seems to be blocking them from displaying. I’ve tested with different themes and they show up just fine. Have you run into this before? Is it the single.php that has issues?

Hi, I like your template and wish to buy it but i have a doubt: I have an event with three speakers. How will they be rendered? 2 on first row beside to Speaker section text and 1 alone on second row? Is there another way to render them? Thanks

Speakers are not custom post type so you can create their layout anyway you want using page builder’s elements. You can, for example have a short text in the first 1/4 of the screen (Speakers heading and text on our demo) and then three speakers each one in its 1/4 of the screen.

For two things you have listed, you will have to use third party plugin – WPML for multilanguage support and probably event calendar if you want a dynamic calendar with event custom post type if you need search and filtering.
Eventim offers, out of the box, static pages with layouts for events.
For booking and event tickets, you will also probably have to use some WooCommerce plugin as well.

Unfortunately, this theme is not suitable for that kind of listing since it does not have custom post type for the speakers, so you would not be able to implement category filtering as on the referenced site.

It seems that you have installed Facebook embed plugin (or some similar third party plugin) which overrides theme’s css.
Please try adding the following to custom css field:

height: auto !important;
}

It really depends on how have you entered the images. If it is an image gallery, there is no way to split the gallery on different pages. If you have added them as content, you can use one of the methods described in the following article: http://blogpros.com/blog/2016/02/plugins-split-posts
In order to add third party shortcode, please use Rapid Composer’s text element.

Yea it’s an image gallery, I might end up using third party plugin. I kinda took over the comment section but How can I change the pricelist title background color?

You can do it the following way:
1) please add the Class Name to desired price list element – edit price list element and enter the class name in Extra Class Name(s) field, for example myPrice 2) Add the following css statements to Custom CSS field of Appearance > Customize > General panel:

background: #008eff;
}
It should do the trick.

Hi, I use your theme which is great. But I have a problem when I want to create a Child Theme. When I activate the Child Theme of your Eventim Theme, all working but the settings of the theme (Theme>Custom) doesn’t work.
Thanks to the inspector web, I can see in the css, ‘typography.css’ by exemple that it’s a variable and not a value in the font-size or font-family attribute. Thanks for help me, Arthur
