Am having issues with videoly: Social Follow on the widgets.
It has social media URL links as:
Facebook Link URL: Twitter Link URL: Instagram Link URL:
I have entered the social media URL for all three but on the frontpage when clicked on the “JOIN FOLLOWERS” banners all the three redirect to the facebook URL.
When the facebook URL is empty the other two is inactive.
How do i solve this

Hi, I’d like to use the slider 1 on my homepage. You use it on your homepage number 2, and you don’t choose any category to display in your home2 page settings. If I do the same, the slider doesn’t appear. But if I choose a category with at least 4 posts it works. I’d don’t want to choose any category because I want to display all of them. How can I proceed? So, the Image Block shortcode does not have a setting where I can set a link to the photocredit field. Although in the html output its generated as < a href=”#” > Photocredit < / a> . Where can I set a link for the photocredit?

Wow. Amazing!!! I am a complete idiot and I did not saw that field!!! Joking, of course I’ve tried that… If you could put a clickable link in that yellow highlighted section…that would be great. Exemple: Photocredit – Cool Photographer. When I click over ‘Cool Photographer’ I would like to have the option to sent me to his webpage. Right now it just sends me to a ’#’ link. Thank you!

Can you make a popup youtube video start at a certain time? 0:45 for example.
Could be possible. But that would make the video start from that certain time even if you open a post and play the video. The video might always be played from that time.

Hey guys. So, I’m still having the problem with the caption of the photos not showing up. I’m using the gallery showcase shortcode.
The support ticket link does not work and honestly I don’t have the time to open a ticket everytime I have a problem, it’s just easier to have a conversation here.

1.Gallery shortcode doesn’t support captions. May be in next update we will consider this. We have a “photo credit” field though. Use image block shortcode for that.
2. It appears that, you haven’t imported demo contents yet. It’d be easier for you if you do. Follow this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxvzpaVveO0
3. We’re sorry we only give support there. Hard to keep track of comment threads. Also, note that, our main support is on holiday due to Eid (biggest religious festival). So wait til Friday/Saturday to get full support. Play with the theme until then.
