Just a cuestion. I´m using ajax-ON MODAL. it work´s nice! But when people want´s to open in a new windows or tab, just gets the html without formating. Is there any way to fix or add a conditional thats goes to an especific url (index for example) just to avoid people for seeing the ajax load in a new tab?

I am considering to buy the theme again, but I would like to ask a question.
I am probably going to use the shop-demo-8, but I like the product display from shop-demo-7. Can I mix the elements on shop demos? Because I know that each demo has its own styles.
Also, on demo-8, the banners are completely images. Can I use ribbons and texts similar to demo-7 banners?

You can replace the product display css from demo6 to demo7, it’s all in the css file : ../css/demos/demo-shop-7.css – We can help you to find which CSS is related to each part but for customization to make it look the way you need, unfortunately it’s out of support scope.

I am using the classic original template and I have an idea for next update. If I surf with this template on my mobile the navigation on top is always present. So I have very small view on the text on the website. May be you could make the navigation like this site: http://eduardomb.github.io/scroll-up-bar/ ? So it will be better for small screens/displays.

Please note that in the themes you purchase and downloaded on ThemeForest, the images/videos are not included, it works the same way for 99% of the themes available here (except for themes that uses their own images). It’s described in the theme description page as well.

Hi. When i view the template in a mobile the menu becomes mobile optimised which is great. I click the three lines and on the left hand side of the page the mobile menu slides out. Grest. But to close it i need to click near the menu on the page. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. How can i have a Close button on the mobile slide out menu? Im sure a simple javascript in the href can sort this however could you please post the CLOSE MENU link href code / line please?

Hi, I came across a client who wants me to do updates in their website and they are using this theme. Their theme version is 3.7, was created a couple of years ago.
If the theme is purchased again, is there a way to update it without breaking anything in the current website?
Also, could you give me a link to your full documentation? It would really help me.

Please note that we have changed a lot of things on Porto since version 3.7 although the core files are still the same (including Bootstrap). Unfortunately in a HTML template there’s no easy way to update the template using the new files and comparing with the edited files of your site. You can use a compare tool, such as Kdiff to make that easily.
