Hello, I am loving the theme! However I have a minor problem with the image slider, the slider is initially displaying as a 1 pixel bar until the second image scrolls across and then it appears correctly. Is there something that I can do to fix this?
Hello, I’m using your theme and managed everything i needed to do except when using the heading with visual composer. I use in the text section of the heading to be bold, and in the middle of the bold text i would like green words, still in bold. I tried a but it didn’t work. Hello, I bought this theme for thinking that it fit my idea, but! The theme does not update to the latest version of wordpress, the portfolio disappears and I can not reset. Anyway, I’m disillusioned. As the theme does not work at 100%, it has several problems. How do I get my money back?

We have tested the theme in the latest version of WordPress and it works fine. Portfolio will not disappear if set up correctly.
We have tested the theme several times and didn’t find any problem. There may be some other reason like old php version on the server.

Hi, I bought the theme yesterday (July 31st 2017), and I am trying to set up my portfolio. My problem so far is that the social icons (like Twitter and Google+ which I don’t use) don’t want to disappear, and the rest don’t open the links wihch I filled out in the Social icons section. I saw in the comments that other users had the sameproblem and you provided them with a file which should be replaced … I have the newest version of the theme – is it possible to fix it without installing anything further? The links problem has been solved in the latest version of the theme, so there is no need to do any further installation.
The URL for social media has to be set in ‘Theme Options < Social Media’ and make sure to include “http://” or “https://” in the URL.
You can customize social icons in portfolio page itself, check ‘Social media share’ in the page.
I did set the links for Linkedin, Instagram and Mail in “Theme options” -> Social media , but the problem is that the icons in the footer are Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Mail. The mail link works, but I cannot find the option where I can choose which icons to have in the footer.

Social icons has 2 panes, Available icons and Footer icons, drag and drop to add / remove icons from Footer.

how could we change the gap between two portrait images side by side (example page: http://selvisoftware.com/sst3/demo37/portfolio-item/haus-h/) The gap is defined in responsive view with 20px, but on pc it looks more than 20px.

Do you mean there should not be any gap between two portrait images in desktop view and the gap should only be in case of mobile view?
No, I mean there should be a gap between two portrait images (in one row) in desktop view, but it should be smaller. In mobile view the two portrait images are one below the other. I have found the setting, where I can define the gap in case of mobile view. When I don´t put a gap in mobile view, the gap in desktop view is fine. But in this case I have no gap in mobile view. When I define the gap in mobile view, the gap in desktop view is too big. Perhaps I can send you a screenshot?

Yes, we have received your email and working on multiple map functionality, will let you know once done.
The gap issue in portfolio page can be solved by taking two portrait images in a different row. Currently there is only one parent row for the portfolio page and it has inner rows. Put two portrait image in new row and the gap will be consistent.
It will be very difficult to control the spacing via css.

We need two maps with different latitude/longitude on the contact page. But there is only one field for the google code. How can we fix this?

But on Retina Displays the images aren’t sharp as I would expect them to be. To disable category filter go to Portfolio Section Settings (shortcode) > Style tab, uncheck the option ‘Show category filter’.

Also the demo content. i am having a problem with the images that dont show. when i look in the mediathek i only have blank pictures. i checked the upload folder with ftp and see the images are there. same thing happens with images i upload myself. I’m having 2 issues with the theme. I have a fresh Wordpress install with nothing else installed except for Kraft and the plugins that come with it.
1. Whenever I want to save a change in my theme options, I get the error: “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
2. Whenever I try to activate “One Click Demo Import”, I get the error: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/damienca/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pt-ocdi/one-click-demo-import.php on line 41”
