As I can see, rev slider height is set to fixed value https://www.screencast.com/t/1vJ4Cul7 so it is something related to slider settings. Maybe you can try to remove shortcode from shortcode field on the page and then add rev slider directly to top row over appropriate Visual Composer element. I have just tried to import Demo Content, I selected Affinity and All as the options, but I also clicked on Import Attachments but nothing happens. The process bar did not move at all. I really wanted to see all the demo content on there so I could work on it from that point. But all attachments etc are missing, making it rather confusing for me.

Images need to be adjusted to same size in order to fit slider nicely, so some clipping must occur.

Slider allows changing images with mouse (left mouse click and hold) and also on touch devices which means that action has already happened so you cannot initialize another click or tap command which will load lighbox. This also isn’t convenient for sliders so such functionality does not exist for mikado centered slider element, sorry.

Icon is available with icon element, so you can create desired set of icons on some testing page, and then switch to text editing mode, copy raw shortcode from the page, and paste it inside desired footer widget area. Hi,
I have uploaded the theme to my Wordpress website and then uploaded the demo content. Everything was fine except for the top menu, there was two menus above each other.
I decided to remove everything and start from scratch. Installed a fresh Wordpress copy and then installed the theme, once it’s done, everything disappeared, only white page, the Wordpress admin page disappeared and even the website.
I removed everything from the server and tried different theme, it worked. Tried to install our theme again and it didn’t work.
Now I’m using a default Wordpress theme… www.pixelstrawberry.com

White page after installation usually means that hosting PHP version is low so you can contact hosting provider in the meantime and ask them to set PHP version to at leasts PHP 5.6 since this version is requirement for WooCommerce plugin which is supported by the theme.

Hello, i wanted to ask why my blog posts (on metro style) the preview has the “Lorem ipsum” text and not the first lines of the text? I mean when you click the article is fine but when you are just on the blog page and watching all the posts the previews have below the omages the “lorem ipsum” text. Thank you

Probably because text came with demo content. Try to edit post, and remove custom excerpt text in order to display text from content, or replace it with your excerpt if if you want. If you are not seeing excerpt field, enable it from theme options https://www.screencast.com/t/FsJkNuEn

Images in themes and plugins are defined with add_image_size word PressFunction so depending on post type or element which is using image, different dimensions can be used and with or without cropping. For some images which can be loaded with different amount of columns common approach is to use full image size which will be scaled with css to holding container size.
According to provided explanation, it is maybe possible to change dimensions for some elements, but it will certainly require some modifications, and to be able to point you to file which needs to be modify, please submit a ticket to our support at https://mikado.ticksy.com and provide link to pages, and explain which images on linked pages needs to be reduced in size.

If you are not using button hover animation, then main color will be applied to buttons and there will be no hover color https://www.screencast.com/t/mZY53RDb6wsg but if you are using animations then you need to configure gradient colors. We didn’t tested it so we can’t tell you much but since Contact Form 7 plugin is supported you can use it to create subscription form and then you can use another plugin for connecting it with mailchimp https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/
