Hi, I have a pre-purchase question: The theme looks great on desktop however the majority of our viewers will be seeing the website from mobile. Is it possible to showcase 1 video background or a static image with a call-to-action button “Showreel” centered on the main landing page view on mobile devices? This is really the only concern that is holding me back from purchasing your theme.

My mobile logo doesn’t work anymore. When you load the page you will see the logo for desktop for like 1 minute and thats it.

Your server settings should not allow uploading files with more than 5MB and that is why you are seeing this error.
You should contact your hosting company to increase this value, because you may also need it to upload files to the media library.
As an alternative you can try and upload the theme folder using FTP. You have a detailed tutorial about this on the theme documentation folder.

I’m trying to create a standard WP post with full-width sections.
It works perfectly with Pages but, even in the Verve full-width feature image post template, the content I create in visual composer has thin margins on the side.
So basically I want it to be have like pages where I can set the width to 100% and height 100% and it becomes full width.
How can I do it in posts?

Hi, the website’s still on my local machine so I can’t provide a link to show you. I can email you a screen capture if you like?
Basically its a simple problem. 1. I create a standard wordpress post and use the visual composer back-end. 2. I create a row and set it to full width and 100% height. 3. I set a background image for the row which is 1366px wide. 4. When I view the page, the feature image is full width but my row with a background image has a margin around it so it’s not full-width.
I added CSS like margin-left:0px; but that doesn’t help.
If I do the same steps as above on a wordpress page, then the row is full width and has no white space around it (margin).

As you can see the feature image is full-width. So I want the next section to also be full-width but it has a margin around it. The VC row is set to 100% and I’ve tried various CSS to make it full width but didn’t get it right.
Now this works when I create a page with the same VC row settings but not with a post.
So how can I fix it?

I see what you mean now. The “problem” is that blog posts can’t be fullwidth like pages. This can be changed by adding some CSS code to the theme options.

We really love your template but we had some issues with your main menu on left. You demo fit perfectly because only few links but for us we had a lot of content and when it’s too long we can’t scroll it. Do you know how to change it on CSS? I try and it still dont want to scroll. But the hidding menu on bottom is perfect we can scroll it when the content is too long.

My landing page is not full width anymore. It has left and right padding next to the vertical portfolio now.
I tried to reset to an older revision and can see it back to full width when I click on preview – but when I change to the homepage to see it in live view the padding is back

Just building a website for our festival in the UK, and really happy with how it’s going so far. Just a couple of small things I’m getting stuck on. I just extended my support get get these things tidied up. :O)
1. There seems to be a large gap between the bottom of my footer items and the top of the copyright line (see very bottom of http://www.magicalfestival.co.uk/lineup). Is there any way to close this gap to make it look neater?
2. My home page will eventually be http://www.magicalfestival.co.uk/home-carousel . If you click on the Lineup bar (on the 2nd page), I’m using the “Open project link when thumb is clicked?” feature to send the click through to http://www.magicalfestival.co.uk/lineup which I’ve put in the “Project Link” field. Is this the correct way to achieve this? If so, the only issue is…. if I’m viewing the home-carousel page in Full Screen mode (bottom left button of page), and I press the Lineup button, it takes me to the Lineup page, but I’m now NOT in full screen mode anymore. Is there a way to keep it in full screen mode when going between pages?
3. If I’m looking at one of the artist’s page (e.g. http://www.magicalfestival.co.uk/portfolios/petebox) and then scroll down a little, it says “BACK TO PORTFOLIO” at the top. Is there any way to change this text? Just so it can say “BACK” or ideally “BACK TO LINEUP” for this page, and “BACK TO ACTIVITIES” on the activities page, etc.
4. Also on the http://www.magicalfestival.co.uk/portfolios/petebox page, if I actually press the BACK TO PORTFOLIO button, it’s currently taking me to a 404 page. Any ideas how to fix this?
