Hi, Your company domain has been expired. http://themestudio.net/
jason, even envato cant get in touch with them ,,, a non supported theme is dangerous and a author u cant trust.. is useless so take my advice (this goes for everyone here) buy a new theme from another author! i will get a refund (Y)
I am refunded today, my updates on the matter wil stop, to all new buyers be warned THIS THEME IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED AND SUPPORTED.
Actually, looks like there websites have been suspended.
Dang it, I want these guys to come back, or at least sell/share their theme with another developer, so it can be maintained. I really wanted to use this theme, and I am willing to pay more for active development. The drive to have themes so cheap is what causes many developers to fold. Themes like this should be 2-3x the price. The functionality, support needed and cost of updates necessitate it. A theme that brings in money, manages clientele and customers is worth more.
Theme-Studio, I will put my money where my mouth is. Continue and grow development, and I will pay up to $300 per license. But, you have to give us a product that we can count on.

Thank you, Ivkessel, I appreciate your updates on this matter. Alaska is a great theme but the support has been rather iffy.
Status update from Envato, The theme author has 48 hours to respond to Envato, if they do not do this further actions will be taken,, ill keep u all posted
Hello, i have two pre-sales questions, if i buy Alaska Theme, will i also go to whmcs.com to buy a whmcs plan? if no, is there a monthly charge for using whmcs on Alaska theme despite whmcs charges monthly? many thanks.
I am facing AMP issue with Alaska theme. When I go to amp version of the site pages, it’s visual composer css doesn’t works perfectly. I mean to say if I go to amp version of the page it should simply show the responsive/mobile version of that page. But it’s showing a different types incomplete design. for example you can see the amp version of this page: https://www.itnuthosting.com/ssd-web-hosting.php/amp and see the normal responsive version of this page, they are not same completely different. What is the solution for this? I am using this plugin for amp: https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/
No Envato send me a auto reply mail that they received the ticket, but from my experience it will take about 2 a 3 days i think. i also made a forum thread u can reply on : https://forums.envato.com/t/theme-studio-has-abandoned-the-theme-alaska/119504/4 as soon as i hear from envato i will post it there and here.
Did Envato give you any idea when they would respond?
To all Customers here (myself included) i have made Envato Help & Support Aware of the situation of the theme not being supported and i am awaiting a reply from them.. i asked them to take action…more info when i have it for u.
Looks like its been awhile since updates and some of your site is not working. Is development continuing?
has anyone had any luck via http://support.themestudio.net/
Anyone update this theme ? we can’t update visual composer to the 5.2 version on this theme…! and nobody help us
Hi there – how is this WPML ready? We’re having to add in custom compatibility in WPML config for standard titles like “[themestudio_title title]”
And – it looks like the pricing tables are totally incompatible with WPML and therefore unable to be translated!?
What is going on with this theme – updating total broke the site – I am not alone and there are NO answers??
Just completed a manual update of visual composer with out any luck, had to disable and revert back to the last version.
This theme seems it’s not supported any more
Visual Composer update doesn’t work. Don’t try to update it.
Hi there, we’re working on this theme for a client, and we’re having issues adding any type of shortcode to the pricing table. Can you take a look at this for us?
After update visual composter, i have these error and my theme doens’t work anymore
