Hello, we just bought the theme, and when we try to submit a ticket on your support client page it doesn’t work to get the free installation, also the documentation is not updated the files names doesn’t match anymore, could you please provide help for the install ? Regards

hi, I bought this theme and tried to install. However, an error message makes it difficult, “Invalid user capability. Please reload the page and try again.” What should I do?

I have tried to install demo, but i guess because of that missing plugin EF3-Framework it is not possible. Manually it doesn’t work either, 2 other XML files are available in that path, but not that one you mention in your document…so hope you will reply soon.
