Hi there! I see the theme has MailPoet, but is the theme compatible to MAILCHIMP? And if so, can mailchimp be integrated to your Form Builder?

In fact there is not much we can guarantee, as we did not integrate a MailChimp plugin into the theme, but likely you can try installing it to see whether it will be helpful to you (sometimes plugins work fine just out of the box). Appreciate your understanding.

At the moment we can’t guarantee WooCommerce plugin compatibility with the theme. As much as we’d love to help, making the WooCommerce plugin compatible requires significant modifications, that are beyond our support policy.

But I’d also like to pay your attention that we strongly recommend not to change the theme files as it may cause problems with the theme functioning and we don’t bear responsibility for the customization you provide, in fact customization and code changing are beyond our support policy. Besides we provide support and answer technical questions just in case they concern unmodified theme code. Appreciate your understanding.
You can use another third party plugin for selling the tickets, we just can’t recommend any at the moment as we haven’t tested mentioned plugins compatibility with the theme, that’s why can’t guarantee it.

The theme is compatible with WPML plugin so you can use it to have your site in different languages. Just please note, that it should be purchased separately.
Another solution I can suggest is to create a subdomain for the second language – to create a multisite. I am having issues changing my header. When I try to customize the option isn’t there like other sites I have made. It also does not display under appearance. I did find some basic options under theme settings, but they are very limited.

Hey! I purchased the theme and I did install the demo content. I am trying to remove all of the menu options but I do not see an option for Home menu and footer menu. I have created a new menu but it still shows ALL of the pages from the demo. Please help me.

where do I setup access token for instagram feed within the Homepage. I’ve insert trought Visual Composer on the Instagram Feed Section the user ID, but its not enough. Also, I’ve installed the Instagram Lite plugin, getting the access token with my credentials here, but again its not enough.

Hi thanks for the reply. That did work but now I am coming to find that the slider needs to be upgraded and the file is also missing the CMS Masters mega menu. Please help. I have submitted a few tickets.

Besides usually such problem occurs because of server restrictions and only hosting provider can remove them. As a possible solution we’d advise you to upload plugins manually via dashboard – using Plugins – Add New – Upload plugin functionality. All theme plugins are located in the theme archive, here’s the path: /buzz-club/framework/admin/inc/plugins folder.

As for the messages concerning purchase code – as developers we are the owner of proper purchase code exactly for Revolution and Layer Sliders. Slider licenses prohibit us from distributing sliders purchase codes, that’s why we cannot provide it. Theme purchase code won’t be accepted in slider as it refers to a completely another product. But please note that purchase code isn’t required for slider functioning, it allows to get plugin updates via dashboard, it’s not necessary as updates will be provided in theme updates on the Themeforest. Or you can always contact us to get the latest slider version via email.
