1. I like that when I scroll down on the site the logo keeps the same mesure, because when I scroll down the logo becomes smaller and loses sharpness. 2. Can the website become a landpage? Put all the pages that I want in the index?

On every HTML you should have the <header> with class scroll-change like showed here: http://www.pixor.it/shared/2017-07-25_091936.jpg Remove that class.

Before sending my previous communication already reviewed the documentation but couldn’t the appropriate article. I can use an im-icon – I should have mentioned what I need it for is for the footer area. Thank you.
Just an additional note since I just found that same footer area (social) doesn’t “highlight” when hovering in IE – Edge, Chrome and Firefox: OK. Any thoughts?

Hi sorry for later, IE11 is dead so is not a problem but if you want fix edit the file style.css – row 1881 – class .footer-parallax { } and replace z-index: -121 with z-index:0
