How do I add widgets or content to show when using a sidebar?
Hi I’ve tried to figure it out, at first visual composer was not showing up for some reason ,so I could not figure out the where the widgets were, that shows up now, but still not sure where to add anything if I want to use the sidebar template and have it show up there. I would also like to know what is the best image size for the background images and headers. I saw that the artist images were about 960X960, is it possible to make a list of the best image sizes for each area that is best for this template? Im still in the learning phase and that would be very helpful for everyone I would think or is just me? lol Thank you!

The best is to upload every image bigger than 960×960 so the theme can be cropped the thumbnails correctly in different sizes. Besides that, there is no need to worry about the image sizes.

Ok Thank you on the Image size issue, but still not sure how to get anything to show up when you choose sidebar right. I tried selecting that as a template but I dont know where the content should go so it shows up there.

The video background option is disabled on mobile by default due to various incompatibility reasons. Please add a fallback image.

Be sure to create two menus, a “Left Menu” and a “Right Menu”, that will be displayed before and after your logo, and assign each menu to the correct location in the menu > location panel.

I cant install Plugin Visual Composer & Revolution Slider ..I’returned this error “Download failed. cURL error 51: Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server’s certificate..” why?

It sounds like a server side issue because the Visual Composer & Revolution Slider zip files are included in the theme and should be installed from there.
You can find these files in the includes/admin/plugins folder of the theme and install them via the WordPress plugin panel.

Its ok . It was SSL missing from my domain..another question…when I import the data I dont have the demo ready home page in my system as like your demo..you dont include it or I did something wrong?

Thanks for an amazing theme, first thing there is an issue with your support, it won’t let me register, open a ticket, register with facebook, nothing, you should check it. Second thing, I wanted to know if there is a way to make the lightbox for images a bit more user friendly in the desktop version, you barely can see or use the arrows on the bottom of the light box, sometimes they disappear and you really need to play with it to show them again, maybe use arrows on the sides also, something that will make it more easy to browse on desktop, if you can help me with this it will be amazing!

Hi, I have changed some widgets in footer widget area. Now I see changes in all tabs except main page. Main page still shows previous widgets. Can you please advise how to change footer widgets in main page?

Hi I Purchased the theme, I am finding poor documentation. I can not change the main LOGO even and there is no document about it how to change the home page LOGO. Dont assume I am a beginner. Plus the media library does not work when I select this theme. I want to submit a ticket on your support. I registered but still waiting for an email to receive a password. I think you dint read it properly? I am unable to login to your site. I already register on http://help.wolfthemes.com/ but I never receive email for password or account activation. When I am trying to Submit a support ticket it is asking me to put a purchase code. The category options are many but for theme there are only 2 available options Barber Pro and Tatto Pro. I dont know if my theme is pro or not but my theme is Barber Salon Tatto Wordpress theme. I am trying to verify my purchase code with any of them its giving error wrong purchase code??? You can set your home page header video in the theme options “Hope” tab. The video background support YouTube video type, so you should be able to use your YT video as background.

Guys I purchased the theme but when am trying to save the changes into Tattopro – Options the settings are not saved.For Example, if i try to replace the logo an hit save, it does nothing.The image goes back to the previous from imported content Any ideas? Also the menu is not visible at all! am using Wordpress version 4.7.3. I have been trying all day and i am getting nowhere!

how can you say “SEO Optimized (compatible with SEO Plugins like Yoast)” when the theme is built with visual composer which is near-om impossible to use with yoast??

The theme is SEO optimized and is compatible with YOAST. Unfortunately, I’m not the author of either VC or YOAST so I can’t release a fix so the VC content can be read by YOAST. http://forums.seochat.com/search-engine-optimization-28/yoast-doesnt-recognize-visual-composer-content-485737.htmlAnyway, you should not worry about Yoast score on your visual composer pages. You can use it to access meta data and title editing. What is important is what google read on your front page.
