I can see there is an update available, however I’m unable to install due to it being included with the them: “There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.2.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

I purchased this theme on 12 July. I have just been having problems with it all the way. In the 8 Years that I have been using Themeforest developers I have never ever came across a theme that is so badly put together and unfriendly.

I suppose I should have read the reviews before I purchased, as I only seen ad reviews and complaints. and you don’t seem to help the people to sort out the bugs on this terrible theme. I am from south africa and this overpriced theme of yours cost me waaaay too much. I am at the point where I am going to insist on a refund.

1. Your theme boasts numerous theme options. there are only one. The moment i try to customise the website for what I need it breaks.

2. I tried to add in elements on the home page using the default visual composer widgets (as your “services sections” does not allow for using my own developed icons, and your testimonials section doesn’t allow me to add a page link manually)

3. Your footer is hard coded, there is NO option in the theme styling to edit the footer with no clear instruction Now i am stuck with your footer from the demo content and nothing will allow me to edit it, not even in the code. I can’t even change the logo wordmark which is yours.

4. Your colours and font styling is broken. It doesn’t update with the colours i choose, and keeps using the colours of your demo. NOTHING of the styling in the theme options sections updates at all.

5. The normal page content disappear when i try to change the styling. Default doesn’t have an option without the sidebar and when I choose home page canvas the content disappears.

6. Your theme doesn’t allow for any kind of code customisation and the widgets you have put in place doesn’t work properly.

This is a very very badly designed and coded theme with very unhelpful documentation. The selling page on Themeforest is deceiving and I refuse to try and work with this another day as it has already cost me 4 days of my time, wasted.

I will also not give you back-end access to my domain, so don’t even ask. I want a refund, and this is not negotiable.

Hey, ive sent you 2 emails now, about about not being able to change / set logo in the theme options, and updating the font (or changing any other setting the options panel for that matter), site is on localhost (cant publish a page that dont work), so i cant provide wp-login… Any fixes for this coming soon ??? latest update didnt resolve any of the above issues…

Planning to purchase the theme but it seems that most comment reply here just asks the users to send email to support which the theme author does not resolve immediately.
