When i try to upload the theme i get this message : The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

This issue due to the hosting configurations (php.ini). You can try to install the theme via FTP upload or contact to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the value below:
upload_max_filesize = 20M
post_max_size = 20M

Is this theme compatible with visual composer? I bought the theme back in November but am just now getting around to installing and using it. It’s easily the best lifestyle, fashion, beauty theme on the market. Love it!

The theme use built-in page builder to build home page layout so you don’t need to use visual composer.
Actually, The theme can work with this builder plugin but you can only use default blocks of this plugin, the theme doesn’t support layout for this plugin.

Every time someone comments on the blog and they press Send, it sends them on to a new blog post. Is that supposed to happen? I have turned off various plugins and still this persists. I ask this but because it is being to annoy some of the people who comment regular on the blog.

Please try to navigate to Look Options > Single Options > Infinite Loading Posts then turn it off.

I have been looking all over the documentation and through the theme options, I cannot seem to change the colour for the top bar. Where do I change the top bar colour or do I need to change it through custom CSS?

I want to set up LOOK as a Blog. I’ve uploaded and installed the Fashion (default) demo data. I’m setting up the Home Page, following your directions from the Documentation. The Documentation says this . . . . .
“Blog Page Options: Look includes many of the features and layouts I have implemented into it to help you create a standout blog. To setup home page layout, Please navigate to Look -> Home Options.”
The problem is I can’t find “Home Options”. Where is it?

1. I am not sure about this. If that is a plugin you can use it in this theme, but if that is the feature of in the old theme, you cannot.
2. Unfortunately, The theme only supports numeric pagination at this version. but I have a plan for ajax load in the further versions.

The theme is using a lot of resources to execute the ajax file and it’s costing money on hosting.
/public_html/sidetrend.com/index.php – 443556 execution in last 7 days which 30X higher than other templates I am using.
It will be great if you can update the theme to reduce the CPU execution.

I am not sure about your issues, so can you be more specific about this and send the logs of this issue, you site login details, and FTP login details via support tab, so I can understand and help you? Because that at this version, The theme is very light weight for me, it can even work hostings with 32Mb Memory_limit.
For ajax, The theme is only using ajax in load single post and you can disable it if you want.

Currently I am having issue with the website which is the resources that it’s using.
I have installed Heartbeat code in my website and seems like it’s not working this is data from my hosting account from past 1 week.
If see that these three scripts are using a lot of resources, when I contacted my hosting company they told me that the issue somewhere in the theme.

I am sorry, I am not sure about your issues because you haven’t given me the information (as I request in the previous comments) so I can check this for you. This issue is due to many reasons: your site has big traffic, plugins you are using, hosting quantity…
In this instance, There are 2 ways to solve your issue:
The theme only has one an ajax feature that is “single load old posts” feature, you can try to disable this feature in Theme Options > Single Options, and test and then kindly let me know the result.
If you feel the theme is heavy for you, you can ask to refund and find another, I will be pleased to approve for you.
