Hello. I’ve been using your theme for a while.
The YOUTUBE video option on posts: the code you guys have lists “http://youtube.com/” instead of “https://youtube.com” – and thus won’t show up on my site. I get a blank white space where the video should be. I’ve already troubleshooted it; I just need to know what page I need to update. Can you let me know what back-end page has the YouTube code hard coded? I thought it was the video.php but I don’t see the option in there.
EDIT: nevermind, I found it in the code: /framework/modules/blog/templates/parts/video.php
Also, is there going to be an update soon with the updated WooCommerce files?

Currently there is an issue with ticksy, and people from ticksy app are informed about the issue, and we hope that they will fix it really soon, and our support will reply to you then. We are really sorry because of this.
In the meantime, you can try to increase PHP directives on for your hosting plan and to try to import demo by repeating import few times:
When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 2-3 times or more).
Please note that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers.
Common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.

In order to change post title tag from h2 to h1, you should change this file: wp-content\themes\magazinevibe\framework\modules\blog\templates\single\parts\title.php

Responsive css custom code not working. I need to change standard post title size for mobile divice reduce. I set @media only screen and (max-width: 320px) { h1{ font-size: 16px; } } (I have changed title h2 to h1) But this css code not working. whois file I should I edit to work this code. In order to reduce posts titles, but only for mobile devices, please add the following code into Edge Options > General -> Custom Code > Custom CSS

We are having trouble with paragraph line breaks. Unless we insert the (bracket slash br close bracket) element to insert a line break or carriage-return after each paragraph, the theme will smoosh all the paragraphs together. And, when we use (bracket slash br close bracket) tag, the theme will remove the tag when switching back to Visual tab.
Please advise how we can adjust settings so the tag is unnecessary to keeping a line break between paragraphs.

If you want to use editor, please note that WordPress strips html code by default. So, when you add html code in editor and do some actions after that, all codes will be reverted to default and removed. You can find a lot of articles on the web about this wordpress functionality.

Probably you are not recognized as administrator.
Please try to manually update the database in two tables
1) wp_<customPrefix>_usermeta – look through the “meta_key” column and change all values to the correct prefix (it was about 10 values).
2) wp_<customPrefix>options – in the “option_name” column find an entry that looks like “wp<customPrefix>_user_roles” and change it to the correct prefix.

When attempting to designate a post as “Video” so that embedded YouTube or other web video content appears in the post, the result is a non-working video embed, followed by the embedded video. In order to make only the working video embed appear, the post must be designated “Gallery” instead of “Video.”

Thank you for the reply, and for pointing this feature out. Yes, this works when using YouTube. However, be advised that when using a self-hosted source that is not WEBM, MP4 or OGV (such as from a television news station) the only way to get the video to show through on the page is with the Gallery mode, instead of Video.

2) Mega Menu – It doesn’t display on Mobile Devices, is there away to fix this? I noticed this the same on other themes. Mega Menu looks good on desktop but if it doesn’t show on Mobile Device, then not point of having it on my site since customer can’t see the menu items.

On the desktop for all browsers, when I scroll down to the bottom, the Footer Bottom Left & Right info doesn’t show, it appears for a split 1 second then disappears. But it shows fine on Mobile Device.
But when I viewed your Demo Site on my Desktop, the bottom footer info displays fine. Let me know if you need my WP Admin Login for this issue.
