Thank you for contacting. WPBakery page Builder can conflict with some plugins. Please, step by step some plugins and test again.
- Switch to a default WordPess Theme. Create a test page with WPBakery Page Builder. - Disable all plugins and only enable WPBakery Page Builder.

it seems that your theme will not let me use wpbakery on the pages and there are no page options available. when i switched to another theme i was able to use wpbakery on a page.
secondly can i use your images that are with the template?
also my page heading say ARCHIVES and not th page they should

If you need to custom same your screenshot. Please, buy the theme. We will custom header your screenshot with a small fee (about 20$ – 30$).
We only support to fix bugs theme and guide how to use. If you need to custom. You should hire a freelancer. Besides, we also have a custom server for small changing.
