Good day I purchased DEFINITY theme today and I understood that visual composer was included. I am having trouble using some plugins and if I try to active VC, I get a error that I have no license and that i have to pay $34 for a regular license.
Hi there, first thank you for the purchase.
Yes, the VisualComposer is included and you don’t need to buy another license to use it, but you can if you want (for automatic VC plugin updates).
When you install the Definity theme, simply navigate from WP Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > WPBakery Visual Composer > Install & Activate.
With this, you will have the plugin working and you can ignore the other warning that shows up.
Note: because the VC plugin is included you can’t manually update it if a new version comes out. This is done when an update for Definity theme is released (should be every month).

About the error now:
you need first to unzip the main download file, after that inside there is a file called “definity.zip” which is the actual theme that you need to upload.
