Themes from Theme Forest needs to be extracted first from downloaded archive and then install service-master.zip manually from WordPress back end. After installation, install all plugins and import demo content from Mikado options > Import. Theme Forest download archive also contain documentation file and in case that you need assistance with theme installation and demo setup you can contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://mikado.ticksy.com and also provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket.

Responsivness can be disabled / enabled entirely from Mikado options > General https://www.screencast.com/t/qvAb30PulL and there is no option for disabling it for just specific devices, but if you need some adjustments for some viewport, please contact our support at https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and try to explain what needs to be done, and support team will provide you with a workaround if possible.

Hey Guys! Mikado core is not working. I bought a 2nd license for my another project. But I noticed that when I add a new page with micadocore activated, I get 404. But if I deactivate Mikado core on my plugins, I can normally edit my theme and use visual composer. I used your theme before, and this is the first time I’m getting such errors. I already asked my server admin to UP my PHP setup, still getting the same errors. Please help! Ticksy is in maintenance mode. Thank you
